Thank you for your stay, I wished I could know what you didn´t like, before you would post such a low review :( Our condo is in one of the best locations in SPI. Kitchen just been updated the same as bedroom furniture and living room. Your 3 star review hurts us a lot, but we will keep working and giving the best experience to our guests as all the other reviews can show.

Dear Guest. It is unfortunate that you had such a bad experience at our property. I find it very strange that having arrived at 10 pm you felt the need to remove the sheets and check the protectors and the mattresses themselves. I want to clarify that our housekeeping staff has worked with us at all three of our properties for over 10 years, which has led to 5-star ratings. I never received any pictures of stained sheets/pillows or and when my staff came by the next day to check, you commented that everything was resolved and there was no problem. You did not show any of what you are talking about. When we did the cleaning after your departure we checked the sheets and no stains or hair or odors of any kind were detected. I believe that the origin of so much annoyance is your disappointment when you found out that you had booked an apartment that was not in the same building as the rest of your family, perhaps deep down what you were expecting was a refund to change your reservation. Your low evaluation affects us very much, however, we will work with more enthusiasm to continue offering the best experience to our guests, just like the rest of the evaluations can show.

I am sorry unit configuration was not that helpful in your case, I guess architects who designed gave priority to a large balcony with amazing views. Hello Rosalie, thank you for your stay with us. Unfortunately elevator was not working at your arrival, and those are the kind of things as a host you cannot control. I don´t know who told you it was not working since February because as I told you, the day before your arrival it was working fine and so is today. Elevator is fixed and working again. Would love to host you and your family again anytime.

Hello Frank and family. Thank you for your understanding, that was a human mistake, I sent wrong rental instructions to other family. I was so embarrassed, in all these years never happened before, hope never happens again. It only took a phone call to correct the situation and in minutes both families were settled. Regarding the king size bed, will be replaced soon so hopefully when you come back will notice, as you noticed this time we had new kitchen, new baths, and new leather furniture. Thanks a lot
