Beautiful view - easy access to many locations. Shopping (grocery store too) and restaurants are close. There are plenty of beach towels and supplies - no need to pack much if the beach is your destination. Close to pool. Very roomy and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Best Kona trip

Our Kona experience was wonderful. The vrbo was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning in the rooms was a life saver. Our family stayed for 9 days and it was so good to arrive and have a warm welcome. We will definitely book again in the future.

The condo was a great space for our group. Loved the views and the deck for morning coffee. There were two things I didn't like. One was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom so we ended up running out with 6 adults and didn't realize we were out until it was necessary! We had to buy more toilet paper and garbage bags. When I called the management company, they said they only supply the base level of those items which was not mentioned in the listing or any of their communications to give us any warning. Secondly, the garbage bins were removed from the property one day without warning so we went to take out the garbage and there were no bins. The garbage just had to sit there in the kitchen for the whole day, so not the most ideal. Again, some sort of heads up or notice to expect that would have been nice. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The unit itself was immaculate and well stocked. The view from the lanai was beautiful. It was well stocked with beach and pool items. Our only disappoint was when we realized we did not have pool cards access the pool. It took 6 days to finally get them. Being that it was right after the big Kona low and many of the beaches were closed, this was a problem for us. The property office was open, so I asked about this. We were told us that the management company had to get permission from the owner to order new cards. Management co., did not mention this in the at least twice daily texts back and forth. 6 days later we finally get the cards. We go to the pool and we cannot use the rest rooms because we need a key for that and we donā€™t have one. We contacted the management co. again, letting them know this, but we never heard from them again. We never did get access to the pool restrooms. There were a few fyi items that we let the management know about when they came and delivered the pool cards, and we even said that these were not complaints, just to be aware before the next tenants came. 1) 2 of the stove knobs weā€™re broken, management took them to replace but never came back with the replacements. 2) we couldnā€™t get the ceiling fans to turn on and finally figured out that all of the fans were programmed to one remote and it was in the loft which we were not using. Not having access to the pool for most of our stay was a bummer. The rest were minor inconveniences.

These maintenance and usability items will be addressed with our team to ensure the unit is fully functional and more clearly set up for future guests. HAWAII FAMILY VACATION

Very nice condo. Beds were comfortable. Loft beds were very small for older children. Living space was spacious. Lanai was awesome. Kitchen was well supplied. Beach and pool supplies were appreciated, but the snorkel masks were broken. A/C in bedrooms was nice, but, main living space was very hot even with fans. The condo is in a great location.

Great location and a great view

We stayed 9 days and enjoyed every minute, the house was clean and comfortable. It was in a central location for wherever we wanted to go, and some days we just relaxed on the deck and watched the golfers. 5 stars from me!

Great Location and Just Enough

The condo unit was the perfect base for us to call home as we explored the Big Island for the first time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the best snorkleing spot on the island (Captain Cook), and centally located so you can venture to either side of the island. I highly recommend.

Absolutely love it!

We had an incredible stay here! We appreciated all the small gestures such as beach gear including towels, chairs and umbrellas! We had an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets each night right from our lanai! The host was great at communication and even recommended places to not miss out on while we were there! I highly recommend this condo especially for anyone traveling with kids or other family members! Great layout and perfect location!

We usually stay much closer to town, in fact walking distance to everything. This location is maybe 10-15 minute drive, but we loved it. The property was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, you can see the night manta ray snorkeling lights and watch some terrible golfers (I say this because of the golf balls I heard hit the building off a tee). The property had everything we needed, though the coffee Grinder provided did not work, but management said they will take care of that. The times we reached out to the management (before and during our stay), they got right back to me. There were many beach towels, a beach chair (we also left the one we bought at Costco), a few pool noodles, a couple small coolers and some snorkeling gear. We used the bbq at the pool one night and did not have to wait. Beds were comfortable and the living area and kitchen were great for hanging out at the end of the days. We also talked to a few owners in the community while there and everyone was super nice. Parking was down stairs and like three spots away and you can see your car from the kitchen window. We also went to the local KTA and had a good experience. The Big Island is definitely our favorite and that has a lot to do with the people. If we could relocate, this island and area would be the place.

Good value condo

Condo was well stocked with all the kitchen equipment you need to cook in and beach chairs , umbrella and each toys. The loft was spacious with 2 twin beds and a second separate area. Loved the big lanai and wonderful view and sunsets. We were comfortable with 6 adults and used for the extra set of king sheets t to make the twin beds into a ā€˜king'Also plenty of parking. For the price this was a great deal.

Very comfortable and clean

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We were very comfortable and immediately felt right at home. It was lovely sitting on the deck and watching the golfers as well as admiring the gorgeous view of the ocean. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with tools and dishes, and that there was a cooler and beach towels/equipment available to use for our outings. The on-site pools were nice, and we used those a few times as well. Overall we would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Nice spacious and clean. Nice deck w/great views of ocean.

A very nice condo with bonus of upper sleeping loft. Beautiful ocean views, especially nice at sunset. Location great, very close to everything but didn't feel like it with the peaceful expansive views. The complex was quiet and pleasant. The deck was perfect for meals and gathering. The only negative was the property management needs to go over kitchen supplies and replace some items, especially knives. Dishes, flatwear and glasses were abundant and nice.
