We brought all our married kids and their children for a long weekend. We had so much fun! So many activities close by. The condo worked out perfectly and was very comfortable. The only thing lacking is the WiFi is sketchy in the area, just FYI. But we highly recommend.

Awesome house

Our stay was excellent. We would stay here again. The rooms were great with on suite bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk beds in the loft area. Plenty of space for a big group. The pool and hot tub were nice. The Lake looked like lots of fun but it was too cold when we went in February. Excellent managing services. I could text if there was a problem and they would immediately respond.

Great condo in new development

The condo was perfect for our family. It held 23 people which was exactly how many people we had. Being very new, the unit was especially nice. I loved the furnishings and decor. And we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom! We enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was just what we were hoping for.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay The Pearl at Desert Shores. The home is well designed and allows space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked- we made some delicious meals. The deck with private hottub is a nice amenity for convenience and privacy. We were busy with offsite outdoor recreation, but the Desert Shore pools and lagoon looked like they would be a lot of fun.

Great space and location! We had 9 adults and 12 kids ranging in age from 18 months to 15 years old. Kitchen was stocked with what was needed! Place was nice but not very clean. Carpets are very dirty even though vacuumed and rugs are worn out and filthy. Floors left socks and feet black. Bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. Linens were clean but wrappers found under beds and couches when we arrived were not impressive. Beds also made in haste with fitted sheets not even all the way on beds and a wrinkled mess . We needed to do some cleaning before we felt okay about going to bed our first night.

Nice and new but in construction zone

We enjoyed our stay in the condo at Desert Color. It is a construction zone at this point and we didn’t realize that. The Desert color complex isnt quite complete yet. The pool and hot tub are open and are very nice. The condo has 4 king beds and TVs in every room which we enjoyed. A couple of things we needed were salt and pepper shakers, would have also liked ice in the fridge dispenser. Overall it’s a nice place and will be so fun when the Desert color resort is complete.

Beautiful place, well stocked, wonderful staff

I had questions before arrival and the staff was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. The unit was beautiful, very well stocked, and exceeded the expectations of everyone in our group. The hot tub was clean, serviced regularly, and was great after a long day of hiking at Zion (about an hour away). Air hockey, arcade games, and ping pong (missing the net) were a great touch. Would definitely stay again.
