Aloha, we want to extend our home to your family to build great Hawaiian holiday memories on the beautiful island of Oahu.

Located in the heart of North Shore (along the 7 mile miracle of coastline) with the islands' best beaches, surfing, snorkeling and hiking all within walking distance of the house. Our home is on the beach side of the road, just steps down a beach path to the sand. Enjoy a private tropical setting, with the sand 100 steps from your back door and the bike path is out your front door. Bike or walk to Wiamea Bay, Sunset beach, Pipeline, snorkeling at Sharks Cove or hit the local shrimp trucks for a sunset dinner.

Our beach house is well maintained and equipped with everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, new gas BBQ, blender, coffee maker, washer / dryer, fast internet, printer, apple TV, blue tooth sound systems, snorkling masks, fins, beach chairs, towels, boogie / skim / Wavestorm surf boards, double kayak, a delightfully warm outdoor shower and a great porch to relax and "talk story". Bike rentals are available just down the street if desired.

Our home is super clean and has an "old Hawaii" family feel offering a private, lush tropical oasis to enjoy. The house sleeps up to 8, all in proper beds including 2 queens, 2 singles, and 1 bunk bed in bonus room for kids (warning there is no door between bonus/bunk room and kitchen). All bedrooms and main living areas have AC units and the beds are new to keep your comfortable and sleeping well at night. The home includes an automatic gate and parking for 2 cars.

We've upgraded to ultra fast connectivity for those that need to work remote. During the pandemic we had 5 simultaneous zoom sessions as our family worked and attended school remote from Hawaii.

We take joy in our home, the beautiful north shore, and we'll do our best to make sure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Lots of stairs. We had a couple of elderly people who had some difficulties with the stairs. Had some cockroaches. House and yards are nice. We enjoyed our time there.

Clean and comfortable house with amenities

Our family of 8, including 2 kids, enjoyed our stay in this nice, two story home with back and front decks. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking equipment, implements, appliances etc. We ate most of our meals at the house. Several different beaches and Foodland , with excellent poke, are within walking distance. Beach gear also provides. Would stay here again.

Beautiful House in Paradise

Jason and Heather's home absolutely exceeded our expectations. It is a nice and private home that is protected behind a gate with lush tropical greenery and flowers all around. The entire home is beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for our 3 generations of family to spread out. We all had our own rooms with comfy beds, air conditioners and with the addition of the amazing heated outdoor shower gave a total of 3 showers that worked perfectly for our group. We loved having coffee every morning on the porch and visiting with each other out there in the evening. As well as the big super comfy couch we were all able to sit and watch movies on. The house was well equippped with every item you could possibly need, from kitchen items, to beach stuff (they even provided awesome huge beach towels). The beach just steps away was gorgeous and the snorkeling at Shark's cove, just a quick walk down a path, was incredible. The ability to rinse off sand after long days at the beach in the outdoor shower was a definite plus. Great communication from Jason and ease of keys being available right at property made everything go so smoothly. We did not want to leave this lovely home and would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance. 🌴🌸 Mahalo Jason and Heather

First Time Experiencing The North Shore

All 8 of us (4 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids) enjoyed this property and all it offered. It was nice to have space on the deck to relax after the days adventure. I really appreciated the big table that we could all sit around and eat a big home made meal made in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning everybody off to keep the gorgeous sand out of the home. The house was very clean, wifi worked great, on the bus route and bike path, close to a grocery store, sharks cove, and was a great location for a relaxing time away. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Stay on the North Shore

Our family enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay at the Needham’s home on Oahu’s North Shore! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, the house was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the availability of beach towels, sand toys and cooler bags made our beach days all the better. Location is awesome, nice and quiet and just steps from the beach, a short walk to Sharks Cove for our 3 year old twins or to just watch the gorgeous sun sets. The home owner, Jason, was easy to communicate with through text and was very kind in helping us with anything we needed. The only negative thing was how warm the house would get during the day with humid weather in the high 80s and having only small wall air conditioners, but we spent most of our days out and the units were pretty decent at cooling the rooms down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was so hard to leave! Our heartfelt thanks to the Needham’s for sharing their lovely home with us. We hope to visit again some day! Mahalo!

Perfect Family Home in Beautiful location

The perfect location in a beautiful home

Heather and Jason's property is beautiful and in a fabulous location. The actual house if fully stocked including items you might not think of but made things so much easier such as cooler bags for packing lunches, ice packs, Tupperware for packing lunches, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, noodles, basic spices, ziplocks and foils. The kitchen is fully stocked even including baking bans, muffin tins, etc. The house is very spacious and worked great for our multi generational family with lots of sleeping options. Plenty of space to relax and lounge or sit on the beautiful front or back porch. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning off the sand. The location was perfect for us as we explored beaches within walking distance (even with little kids) sharks cove, pipeline, sunset Beach, etc as well as those with a drive ( a beautiful drive so it never felt long). We have basketball players in the family who really enjoyed the ocean front basketball nets at sharks cove. There are great food trucks close and a foodland a few minutes walk if you forget any groceries. Heather and Jason were great at communicating with us. From giving great instructions to sharing helpful tips on places to check out as well. They provided numbers they could be reached if we had any questions and were great at checking in to make sure things were great. As a family traveling we wanted to ensure our accommodation was clean, comfortable, safe and in spot that was not a busy city or super touristy and this hit all those needs. When booking I was concerned with not as many reviews but after communicating with Heather and Jason and staying for a few weeks, I can certainly say you will not be disappointed. We were able to unwind and relax during our time there and their house played a big part in that. We hope to return one day and without hesitation we would book here!

Perfect North Shore Vacation Home

What a nice home and beautiful location. We are always looking to be a part of the community, avoid driving and avoid touristy commotion. We walked to all the beaches and the home was stocked with everything we needed! The ONLY recommendation I would have is to perhaps have a couple beach cruisers as some of the beaches are a little far to walk with lunch or any gear. Jason and Heather were SO responsive and their onsite manager is amazing also! Lastly, this home was so clean and we truly appreciated the dehumidifiers which made a huge difference in the comfort of the home. Thank you Jason and Heather!

Beach bungalow bliss!

Our family enjoyed several weeks at the truly special beach bungalow that provided a perfect remote working scenario for myself, hosting some of our daughters college friends for spring break and a peaceful vacation for our family of three to finish the stay. The location is perfect and so close to spectacular beaches, walking distance to food trucks and grocery store and a bike path that runs along all 3 miles of the North Shore. We enjoyed cooking at the home with everything you would need for grilling and cooking! the back patio was perfect for Breakfast and morning stretch/yoga and the charming front porch made for wonderful conversations while enjoying the surroundings! We loved the privacy of he gate and private parking as well as the outdoor shower. he home was well equipped with all you need for snorkeling, paddle boarding and sun bathing! it was the perfect floorplan for a small group or family and we loved the giant sectional and TV for movie nights and card games ! The owners were very delightful, responsive and accommodating when we had questions too! It was peaceful yet close to all the activities! We will return for sure and would highly recommend! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Great location and clean, roomy, well equipped hours

I loved that the house was so clean and roomy. I also loved how so much was provided in the kitchen, laundry room, outdoor beach supplies, etc. The location was fantastic, so close to grocery and food trucks. The waves at the nearby beaches were huge(winter), so no swimming there. In fact, there were days when we had the most spectacular wave show ever! We had a toddler so ended up going to Turtle Bay resort most days - only 5 miles up the road and used their nice little cove and had had lunch there. The home owner was very responsive to question. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall and might not stay there next time was that I found the house a little gloomy and shaded, and there was no yard to speak of. No place to sit in the sun and read or lounge. Of course if you did not have a toddler, you might be out the whole day. Also the stairs were a bit of a hazard for a toddler. Otherwise it was a great place for an extended family to get together. We loved going to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and take pictures in the beautiful lighting.

Christmas Getaway

Wonderful house in a great location. Walking distance to everything you need on the North Shore. Short walk to the beach as well. The house is well stock and came with everything we needed for our daily beach trips. Would highly recommend this property and will stay again on future trips. The owners where probably the best I have dealt with in my many years of traveling.

Magnificent Ke’iki Beach

Our experiences and moments spent at this beautiful North Shore home located just steps of Ke’iki beach will be with us forever! We all loved this home and the amenities provided. The location is incomparable, it is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to equip this home with everything needed to be able to enjoy the property and vacation time. Any issues or questions were quickly and directly handled. Hopefully we can return next year!

Excellent location. Short walk and drive to many beaches and foodie options. Perfect for families.

Went to the north shore for a family members destination wedding and vacation. Great laid back location. Easy access to all the best beaches. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and was a great quiet get away. Highly recommend and will see if available next time we go to Oahu.

100% Recommend

We took this trip for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The home was exactly as advertised. The location was a short distance from the beach and a quick easy walk. The bike path is right out the front door and was great to get to Sharks Cove on a busy day so we didn't have to take the car. The home was in great shape and there was more than enough room for my family of 4, my parents and my brother to sit back and relax after a long day sight seeing, hiking or at the beach. I highly recommend this rental, the rental owners and the property manager and will plan to use them again when we return!

Amazing Location & Layout

We loved our stay here. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and nice quiet street. The house has a great layout for families and friends. The beds were super comfortable, which we really appreciated. The host was great to communicate with. The house and location truly lived up to its description. We look forward to staying here again in the future with our family!

We want to welcome you to our new Hawaii beach house. My name is Jason and my wife, Heather and I have 4 boys. Over the years we've built many family memories and friends in Hawaii and on Oahu. Our hope is that you can also experience and enjoy this wonderful place and build lasting memories with your family.

Our family loves the beach, surfing and just being in the water. We connect with the Hawaii vibe and accessibility that this home offers to everything we enjoy about Hawaii. Our philosophy when you go on vacation is to live it up and we want everything close by. With so many people in our family, we have to make it easy to do the things you love. Easy to get to the beach, surf and be in the water. Easy to grab food after a long day. Easy to enjoy nature and hike. There is so much to do on the North Shore and it's all here and at your fingertips.

We live off island but have many friends and even some family that lives close by. Recently, our oldest son choose to attend University of Hawaii and "intends to live in paradise forever".

We want make your stay a great one and pride ourselves on being responsive and helpful hosts. We value guests that treat our home like an extension of their own and we want our home to be a gift and blessing to you and your family. We work to regularly update and replace items in our home to ensure the beds are comfortable, the towels are fresh and that we all have a nice house to enjoy.
