Enjoy this Lovely Tropical Paradise!!

Hale Luana is a private gated fully furnished luxurious custom home, located in Pūpūkea above Waimea Bay on Oahu’s North shore. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of ocean views and the peaceful serenity of sunsets and starry nights.

The spacious 5 bed, 3 bath home features a quarter turn koa staircase leading upstairs to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, and a comfy daybed for cozy naps. Enjoy beautiful sunset and coastal views from the bedroom and bathroom.
There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs that share a large bathroom with double sinks. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom with a full & a twin sized bed. Ceiling fans in every room and trade winds flow through.

Downstairs features a kitchen with stunning ocean & mountain views, and counter seating for 5. A custom dining room table has seating for 10. There are two living rooms with ample couch seating and TVs. A spacious bedroom has a California King bed with a lanai door and outdoor seating to sip your morning brew.
Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer & second fridge.

Outside boasts a heated pool, a grill, and lanais around the back of the house with various seating areas and a dining table. There’s even a swing under the shower tree in the front yard.

~5 minutes: Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove, Ke'iki
~10 minutes: Pipeline, Chun's, Laniakea (Turtle beach), Sunset Beach, Ted's Bakery
~20 minutes: Haleiwa town, Turtle Bay, Kahuku
~30 minutes: Polynesian Cultural Center

We Loved Hale Luana

Vacation of a lifetime!

We had the loveliest time in Pupukea, the accommodation was just as described, it was spacious, serene, and a wonderful place to spend time playing games, cooking, and relaxing with family.

Excellent home

Seven of us stayed this past week here. The home is clean and beautiful; Alix was very helpful in addressing the couple of questions/concerns we had - I would definitely stay here again. It's in a private beautiful location with easy access to the beaches of the North Shore area, we recommend all of them.

Beautiful Retreat

We had a group of 10 adults stay in this lovely home for 1 week. The home was extremely spacious and comfortable. The owner / property manager of this property was extremely accomodating and made our stay a relaxing and carefree experience! I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay - the property was well kept, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Our 5YO granddaughter repeatedly asked if we could stay there forever! Loved the pool and the sunsets were spectacular. Highly recommend! Alix was a joy as our host!

Excellent location and great family home

Hale Luana is a beautiful, well maintained home in a perfect north shore location. Our family had a wonderful time at the home and in the surrounding area. The pool and the grounds of the house are great for a young family and the house comes stocked with beach/pool toys, puzzles, etc. And Alix was a superb host that ensured we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.

Amazing place to stay!!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! Our family includes my husband and me, and four married daughters with their spouses. There was plenty of room, and everything was beautiful and comfortable! Alix was wonderful to work with--so helpful, kind, and available from booking to checkout. Terrific house on the North Shore

Our group of 10 enjoyed a family Christmas vacation here! The house is perfect for a large group - very big kitchen, 2 separate (and large) living rooms, plenty of bedrooms and baths. The pool and lanai rock as well!! I can’t recommend this more highly.

Immaculate and relaxing!

The pictures really don’t do it justice. We had a group of 10 and this was perfect. Away from the city, breathtaking views, and the owner was very accommodating. It was our first visit to Hawaii and it couldn’t have been better!

Hale Luana - Amazing

This is possibly the most beautiful house I've stayed in. Wonderful woodworking throughout the house, and amazing views. The perfect place to stay and relax - great beaches are just a few minutes away and there's a pool if you don't feel like leaving. We used the grill, which was great. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful! Great location to go and do thing just about anywhere on the north shore. Food trucks 5 minutes away. Kids loved the pool and loved in there for the week we were there. Alix is wonderful and extremely helpful and communicative!

This house is so much more than what the pictures show. This house is so spacious and beautiful. Alix was an amazing host, greeted us when we arrived and very prompt with any questions we had. I would recommend any family wanting to stay in the north shore to stay here.

Amazing Property- Wonderful Owner

This property is a beautiful house and was a great fit for our trip. Owner is responsive and helpful, she went above and beyond to help us. The house is without air conditioning - so if you’re used to a cold house you need to be aware that you might have some warm days depending on time of year.

Fabulous home

Just loved staying here. Large spacious beautiful home with a beautiful pool. The pool was nice for days we didn’t go to the beach. Large spacious kitchen with all the things you need to cook a great meal and the convenience of a grocery store just down the road. Great location if you want to be at the north shore. Would definitely do it again. Alex our friend was a super host.

Wedding stay

What a beautiful house! We enjoyed the ambiance, the pool, the views. Everything was very special. We are used to central air but the house had fans and open vents to the outside. A;ll kitchen items were there and the wifi was good! Thank you for loaning us your home.

Paradise found!

Hale Luana was even better than the photos! The layout of the home was perfect for our large group (9 adults), and everyone was very comfortable in their accommodations. We utilized the pool daily, and fell in love with the north shore of Oahu! The home was very well equipped for cooking, but we ate at North Shore Fish Tacos (food trucks at the bottom of the hill) more than once! The host, Alix, could not have been sweeter! Thank you Hale Luana, can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely beautiful home! Views of the Ocean, beautifully landscaped property, quite, private and overall wonderful place to stay. Alix was very attentive and was helpful with any questions we had during our stay. The house was just as it was pictured. Large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom. We never felt cramped. Large patio area's to be outside and the private pool was a huge bonus with kids. Highly recommend this vacation spot. We are planning a return visit already.

Magical Hawaii Experience

This house is amazing- so beautiful and well cared for! The pool is the perfect temperature, everything about it was perfect and made for the most magical Hawaii experience I could hope for! The location is amazing- down the street from Foodland and the food trucks, short drive to Waimea Bay. Plenty of food, beach, and hiking very nearby but also for those who are feeling like taking it easy the pool and house are also great to relax in. Alix was super accommodating and gracious as well- all in all amazing experience!! Couldn't have asked for more

Amazing Property!

The pictures do not convey the real beauty and uniqueness of this home and beautifully landscaped yard. The 5 bedrooms comfortably accommodated the 10 in our family. Pupukea is just where we wanted to be on the North Shore. The gated home is in a quiet residential area and was the perfect place to wake up to the birds and sunrise. The home was equipped with everything we needed to get started and enjoy our stay. We would love to return!
