Spacious non smoking unit located on 5th floor of Tides, a beachside building. Direct access to the beach from building pool area. Heated pool & Gym. Apartment has S. Ocean Dr. and Bay view balcony, side view to sea. Bright living and dining room, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (Keurig Coffee Maker, Air Fry Oven). Accommodates up to 4 adults + 2 children under 4(room 1: 1 king size bed, room 2: two double size beds). Wi-Fi included.
-PARKING FEE(non refundable): Sliding scale fee $100 for up to seven days, increasing up to $ 175 for up to 31 days. Tag (refundable): $ 20 for each transponder to open the parking gates.
-RESORT FEE. A one time USD 30 Resort Fee due at check-in payable to front desk for every 2 guests older than 14 years old.
-PACKAGE FEE: $7 admin fee for each package sent to the building (e.g. Amazon purchases, UPS, etc.)
- Beach towels, sun umbrella, chairs & cooler.-
-CHECK IN: 3pm - self check in if arrival is after 6pm
-CHECK OUT: 10 am - The apartment and building should be vacated by 10am.
- OCCUPANCY: up to 4 people four years old or older PLUS up to 2 kids under the age of 4.
- GUEST AGE: At east ONE GUEST MUST be 21+ years old.
- PARTIES: No PARTIES allowed.
-NO Smoking allowed.
- LAUNDRY CARD: You’ll receive a laundry card to recharge for use with washer and dryer machines located on each floor. Each wash and dry cycle cost around $2. LEAVE the CARD in the unit as you check out. LOST cards will be charged $20.
- AC unit MUST be TURNED OFF when windows or doors are open. Otherwise, condensation and water damage will occur and you will be charged for the repairs..
- Broken, stained or damaged items MUST be REPLACED before check out OR a CLAIM will be processed for reimbursement.
- Kitchen Maintenance: kindly clean the cooktop with product provided for ceramic cooktops. Do not cook over dirty cooktop or Stains will occur.
- TRASH: Take out trash daily and before check out to avoid pests.
-Boxes and cardboard should be thrown in the container that is on ground floor, leaving them in the laundry room can cause you to be fined.
-VISITORS: : No daytime OR overnight visitors allowed
-QUIET HOURS: 9pm to 9am.
- DAY of CHECK OUT: before you leave, turn on dishwasher with any remaining soiled dishes, take trash out and set AC to 75F.
