Remodeled to a very high standard, SeaGate unit 306 is a fresh and relaxing condo to sit back, put your feet up and have a memory making vacation! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There is also a storage unit on the ground floor for beach equipment. With this unit, you can take in the views from of the Gulf of Mexico from bedroom as well as the living room joint large balcony.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite shower and king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is ensuite also. This room has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo shared via the hall way with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds.. All bedrooms have a smart TV, so you can retire to your room and relax after a long day on the beach.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans etc. Everything you will need to cook or get take out and sit in the condo to watch the world, or the beach go by.
The balcony has two sets of high top adarandac chairs with a table and a bench to sit out and enjoy the view while sipping on a vacation cocktail!
There is also a bar area to mix your drinks and keep the beers cold.
You have access to a shared garage space downstairs to keep the beach chairs/umbrellas provided as well as anything else you might have brought with you.
There is a grill space outside with both propane and charcoal grills.
The pool is heated year round, so you will have a great time splashing about in it, or wandering down to the beach and dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico.

It was a perfect layout. Though the beach chairs were in one of the closets, not in a garage space like the listing said. Overall it was clean and worked well, would stay again!

This is a great spot for our family vacation. Plenty of room, well kept, and right on the beach. The beach wagon and chairs in the garage below were a big help.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The views from the condo were spectacular. The property was elegantly furnished, the location was ideal with easy drive to both Tampa & St. Petersburg downtowns. Despite the rain on one day of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Spacious comfortable condo, directly beach front, great view of the sunsets right from your balcony. Exceptionaly clean, and well stocked. Clean and heated pool. Many fine, and casual restaurants in the area. A short drive to John's pass. We look forward to a return visit.

Loved the property and beach. Condo wasnā€™t cleaned good (Iā€™ll spare you the specific details) and the guest shower had hardly any water pressure. Property was very well kept and pool was clean.

Beautiful Condo

Our group of 5 ladies found the condo to be perfect for a relaxing weekend get away. The condo was nicely decorated and all the beds were very comfortable. Having access to the shed was wonderful because we did not have to bring chairs or an umbrella, it was all provided. The properly was nicely maintained and had a nice grilling area with palapa covered outdoor eating areas. We were able to walk to the best local restaurant for fresh fish, The Salt Rock Grill. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and everything was great. The only complaint is you can hear the people above you if they arenā€™t courteous - I think there were kids in the unit above ours who were loud at night running back and forth in the unit. But once they left it was quiet. Beautiful ocean view and the storage for beach supplies was great! Would recommend.

The property good but the floors were not cleaned. When we arrive we spilled some water on the floor putting things in the refrigerator and when we whipped it up a lot of dirt came with the paper towel.

Good location, beach was great, great view nice balcony, plenty room for 5 of us , room had 6 beach chairs, large umbrella and a beach wagon also 5-6 beach towels which was great to have , we had a few issues when checking in as to washcloths, hand towels Alex address it immediately, building and surrounding building are still under construction but was not to bad as far as noise , the floors in room by balcony were cracked,all the way across room, master bedroom door to balcony was almost impossible to open and close, I think once those issues are fixed it will be better, the Living balcony door much easier to open and close, would have gave 5 star, if house keeping was better as to the floors first night after 3 hours our feet was black walking around in room, we had to fill a whole trash bag of other people left over food/drinks in frig, and personal hygiene away as soon as we checked in Elevator had/has issues glad there was only 5 floors, hopefully the building will fix and upgrade the elevator and ad air conditioning to it , overall all it was good , thanks Alex
