Even though you are only steps away from all the action, this house is tucked away in a quiet and safe street that has gorgeous views of Depot Hill and The Trestle. Wake up every morning to stroll down Capitola's charming Riverview Ave. (right across the street), walk down to Capitola Beach and onto the Wharf. Pleasure Point is also only a few minutes walk away! This is truly a beach lover's dream getaway.
