$495/night

*NOTE: in the summer months (June, July and August) we require a 3-night minimum stay.
In the off-season (Sept. thru May), a 2-night minimum stay is required. (Though rental dates including a holiday may have an increased minimum stay.)

Rental fee *includes* professional cleaning fee and city occupancy taxes - though we do ask guests to clean up after themselves before departing (as detailed in rental agreement).
