We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and nice. Perfect for two families! Quick walk to town and hiking trails by the ski lifts.

This was a great place to use as our base for a weekend exploring Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location.

Great spot!

We had a great stay! The property is a quick walk to downtown! We loved the fire place and pool and hottub! It was a great place to stay with our in Breckenridge!

The property was nice and location was good, pool and hot tub were nice but the mattresses (especially the master bedroom) were SO BAD we couldn't even sleep. They need to throw these in the garbage and get new ones ASAP. If they get new mattresses I'd probably rate 5*. Also there is a huge woodpecker nest right below one of the other bedrooms and the woodpecker likes to makes lots of noise at 7am every day. Luckily it's 7am and not earlier so it wasn't too bad.

Top notch location

This property is within walking distance of everything you could want. Kitchen is stocked incredibly well. Property manager was very responsive on the few small questions we had. We comfortably fit a family of six and all loved it! Thank you!

Bourbon Tour Weekend

This place was perfect for our stay in KY to do a bourbon tour weekend. It was good central location to drive to the places we picked out and then being able to walk to dinner at the end of day was great. We should have planned more time to explore Bardstown - most of the store fronts were closed by the time we were back from the tours.

We’ll maintained nicely stocked kitchen

Summer hiking vacation. Nice location with easy parking but walking into Breckinridge main shopping area took just a few minutes.Unit is updated and clean. Great for families as it had 3 bedrooms -one of them with double bunk beds and a kitchen with ample dish ware and food prep items.

Apartment was amazing!

Apartment was amazing, amazing location. Parking was slightly inconvenient. One of the showers did not work. Communication with leasing agent was great.

Great place to stay and looks recently renovated

The property is in pristine condition. Looks like it was recently renovated and was very cleaned. The only real concern was TV watching experience. There is no reclining or ability to extend your legs. Also, the TV is hidden from view and does not offer a way to angle so others can view the screen. Other than that, amrrally enjoyed this place.

Breckinridge stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, updated, well appointed and well stocked unit. Walking distance to everything in Breckinridge including all the restaurants and shops. Hot tubs are a short walk across the street. My only criticism if any would be to update the patio furniture even just some cheap plastic Adirondack chairs and a table would be nice. We were only there for a few days so are out most of our meals other than breakfast but I could also see having a grill would be nice as well. Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Disappointed.

Basic expectations were not met. We can't recommend this condo unfortunately. For example, we lost all water in the condo for an entire evening. We had a crew of 6 skiers that couldn't shower until the NEXT day. When the water did come back, it was cold and took forever to warm up to bearable. Our last day, the oven just stopped working while we were making breakfast. The internet was sporadic for our entire stay which was an issue as some people had to work. If you have two cars, it is a real pain to have to park it away from the complex at night. We arrived an hour early and texted the management company to see if we might be allowed to enter( even 15 minutes earlier) as we were standing outside the condo in the cold. We could see that no one was in there cleaning so it would have been nothing to just text us the code so we could get out of the cold. We did receive ONE free day off the cost of the condo for our inconveniences and the property manager did get back to us quickly. But overall, a very disappointing stay.

Never again

the list is long From looking at the photos the condo looks great, but far from actually staying there. My fault for assuming they had a washer/dryer in the unit. No one wants to go on vacation for 5 days and have to lug 6 peoples clothes down to a shared laundry after a day of skiing. Thought the hot tub was on site, nope, it was across the street in another set of condos. The Master shower doors didn't seal properly so after showering, the floor has water everywhere. the toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking from the seal and it wasn't repaired for 24 hrs, then they forgot to put the seat back on the toilet and that wasn't fixed for another 24 hrs. So everyone in the condo had to use the bathroom in the master. Just picture being woken up over and over for 2 nights with people coming in to use the bathroom throughout the night. Dishwasher had to be run twice to properly clean the dishes. Food stains on the wall by the light switch in master bath. Mattress in master had a huge dip in it were you sink in, and the other mattresses were so hard it was a miserable night sleep. Drawer in the fridge was broken and we had to readjust it every time you closed the door. It would have been nice to have TV's in each room instead of having 3 families with kids in a tiny condo with only 1 TV. I will not be staying at that property again.

Great location and nice condo. They only provided one parking pass, which made it really inconvenient having 2 cars. Also, some overhead fans in the rooms would have made sleep more comfortable since there is no a/c.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a nice remodel. Kitchen is great. Top of the line appliances and well stocked. The bathrooms are nice too, though the shared bathroom was missing a light fixture and needed some touch up work. The master bedroom is missing window coverings for a very large window that allows a lot of light in from the parking lot. There is not enough seating in the main family area for 6 people and definitely not for the up to 8 people the condo can sleep. The furniture is awkwardly placed and there is really only comfortable seating for maximum 5 people...unless you count sitting at the dining room table which is not very comfortable if you want to watch a movie etc. There was water on the family room floor from the condensation on the windows every morning and we did not use the large humidifier in the living room. Please label the laundry key. The pool and sauna are not on property and very crowded. Highlight was the property management team who was very quick to respond to any concern or question we had. Ryan was especially helpful.

Everything you need for a vacation rental, including beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Laundry on premises (not in unit). Clean. Nice decor, simple and not overly decorated, easy to move into for a week. Window issues with sweating and condensation, plastic over some windows was annoying. Property managers very helpful and responsive. Available to help with day trips, extra towels, anything you may need.

However, there was a lot of moisture issues - windows, walls, paint bubbling, puddles on the floor. I believe it is an HOA issue but it definitely needs to be addressed.
