You’re just a short walk away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and the Breckenridge Peak 9 base area and just a block away from the Breckenridge Free ride shuttle stop that can take you anywhere else in town – plus, Main Street is just a few blocks away. You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. Location, comfort and value: This is the right place for you and your group!

This sunny 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect mountain getaway for families or groups of up to 8 people. The spacious living room has floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light, making it a great place to relax and take in the forest views after a day on the mountain. The living room also has a beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two, and the dining table has seating for six more. You’ll love the open floor plan and the deck to step out and breathe in the mountain air!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. And as with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Nicely appointed, but dated. Quiet and clean. Deck was relaxing. Very walkable to the main street. Pool and hot tub area was easy to locate and with four hot tubs - plenty of room to soak and relax. Good parking. Comfy bed.

Great location - less than half mile from downtown. Price was right. Efficient check in and check out. Rental management opened and maintained lines of communication.

You could also ride the free bus right out front to anywhere in summit county. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Great location and clean

Great location. Just a minor hiccup to check-in and hear from property managers day of stay, but easy to work with after that. Would stay here again!

New Years Eve in Breckenridge

My family and I stayed here for New Years Eve. The location is perfect! It was so easy to drive anywhere and walk to Main St / Ride the shuttle to Main St. The condo was so clean and came equipped with everything. We brought our two young kids so it was really nice it was easy to cook there and the room with the bunk beds was a great fit for the kids.

Great little place for a family with four kids

We loved this little condo! The big windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two bunk beds (four twin mattresses), hot tubs within walking distance, coffee pot, dining table with seating for six, tv, gas fireplace, short commute to Main Street... were all wonderful. There were a few things we could have used, most of which we communicated to the management company—more dishwasher pods (only 3 pods for 11 meals there), washcloths (not enough for six people and four nights), salt (lots of pepper, though!), a tablespoon for coffee, all the pieces to Boggle and Clue (no puzzle pieces missing for the three we did, though), cookie sheets. The place could use a little updating, or even just going all in on mid century decorating would be great! We would stay again.

An Excellent Stay

I am someone who reads reviews before I rent property, and I must say, many of the negative reviews of this place are totally off base. The location was fantastic, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Yes, it is older. It was built in 1971. However, the owners have done a fantastic job of updating it to a reasonable level. It is definitely like staying in someone’s home, not staying at the Waldorf…which my family found very comfortable. The space was more than adequate for my family of five and was in the perfect location to access downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The property was clean and had every amenity that we would desire. Additionally, there was a small problem with the garbage disposal, and that was fixed immediately by the property management maintenance team. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the responsiveness of the owners and our stay at the location. Thank you.

Overall decent condo

Pros: - Great location; right next to the bus stop for the brown line with easy access to the ski area and only a few minutes walk from the downtown area - Well stocked kitchen; lots of pots and pans, tupperware, spices, utensils and anything else you might need to cook for a bunch of people - Lots of space; we had 7 people and we all fit comfortably with a bunch of ski stuff. Cons: - Only one parking space!!! This was incredibly frustrating since the overnight lot is on the opposite side of town (one way there is 10 min with no traffic or over 20 min when the roads are busy). With three separate couples, we spent a good amount of time driving back and forth from the overnight lot to drop off and pick each other up. - The beds are not the most comfortable...the mattresses seem pretty old and I definitely looked forward to sleeping in my own bed again. Overall, it was a pretty decent condo to stay in, but maybe better for families with one car rather than large groups of friends.

Good apartment but strict rules

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Breck and spent very little time in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need but we were disappointed by the strict rules. 4pm check in 10am check out and the hot tub closes at 8am! They also make you take out the trash and start the dishwasher before you leave. Not the end of the world, but was not the stay we had anticipated.

Almost perfect

Everything was great, except for the hot tub disappointment. Advertised as hot tub available year round but when we checked in, we were informed it was being closed that evening. Ski mountains and hot tubs should always go together. They said the hot tub was shared with other rental properties and they were at their mercy. But they should always be on top of what is going on and keep their advertising completely accurate and up to date.

Birthday Trip

My daughter and myself enjoyed a mini vacation in Breckinridge to celebrate 16! The place was perfect. We loved having the fireplace on whenever we were at the condo. The free ride made it easy to get around town. We felt safe and secure and it was very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t play the games or puzzles but plenty to chose from. Breckinridge never disappoints and neither did this place. One mistake of mine, so anyone reading this can learn, read the back page of information they give you at check in. I skimmed over everything unless I needed it. Reservations are required 24 hours in advanced for hot tub/pool. Didn’t make our time less enjoyable that we didn’t make reservation and couldn’t use. Totally stay here again with small group.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: - Great location: only a couple hundred feet from the shuttle to the ski area and a short walk to the downtown area. - Well stocked kitchen and condo overall: the kitchen had all the pots/pans/plates/Tupperware/etc that we needed during our stay and the condo had a bunch of games and movies as well. - Plenty of space for 8 people and all their gear and the condo was clean and well-maintained! Cons: - ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE!! This was incredibly frustrating as the overnight lot is all the way on the other side of town. With three different couples all driving separate cars, we spent a lot of time driving back and forth to the overnight lot (up to 30 min one way when there's heavy traffic in town!!). Maybe not so bad for a family with one car, but not good for a group of friends! - The beds really aren't that comfortable...they're kind of like sleeping on cardboard boxes with a little padding... Overall, it was a nice place for a trip planned at the last minute but I don't think I would stay here again solely because of the parking situation and it wasn't worth the price.
