You'll be sitting right at the beach, so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen, flip-flops, and beach towels to truly make the best out of this location. The neighboring Beachwood Golf Club is only half a mile away while Azalea Sands Golf Club is one mile and a half. September break trip

The room was clean and it was easy to find. The building has great pools and is an easy walk to the beach. The view was fantastic. The balcony was one of my favorite parts. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates. We will definitely be back

Wonderful

This was a great property. The whole facility, including the condo was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family and a beautiful oceanfront view! The only negatives about this property are that no pets are allowed and the gym was very small. But y he condo had enough dinnerware and bathroom supplies for our trip! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nice Stay on the Beach

The condo was great! Good locations on the beach. Only two issues. 1) they only allow you 2 cars to park in the garage, with no added accommodation to assist you and there is no place close for any additional vehicles. The garage was 2 thirds empty while we were there and never was full. There was a threat to tow away any vehicle without a permit in the window. 2) the master bathroom shower was stopped up with standing water when trying to shower. I personally unstopped the drain myself which was nasty as it appeared to have never been cleaned. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay for a week.

Nice condo, terrible property management experience

Went on a golfing trip with a couple of buddies and rented a nice 3BR condo managed by VACASA. After a 4 hour ride from Gastonia, NC and a round of golf, we were ready to check in, grab a shower and go have dinner. When we got to the condo, we were not able to get in as the entry code had not been sent to me only the door code for the condo.No problem I thought, I'll just call their Customer Service number. After being told that my call was very important to them several times as I continued to hold, my call was cut off. This happened 2 more times. By now I was less than believing my call was important and then on the 4th try, someone answered. By now, roughly 30-40 minutes had passed. I explained my situation to the person on the phone who told me the info would be in my packet in the room.....she had trouble grasping the fact that we COULDN'T OPEN THE OUTSIDE DOOR!! I finally got through to her and was put on hold while see contacted someone else. She finally came back on the line and told me I would have to call another number to get the entry code. The number she gave me was to a discount ticket vendor who had no idea how to get into the building!! So now we're looking at 3 extremely frustrated, tired and hungry guys who have been standing in a parking garage for close to an hour trying to get inside. Finally a car pulled in and I told the folks my story. They had a code! Supposedly the same issue had happened with them the day before. There's more but I'm out of space!

The room was large with more than enough room for a family of 6. The elevators were slow at check in but that's to be expected. The floors in the building leading to the parking deck was hot. Great access to the beach. The rooms could be stocked with more than 1 extra trash bag. Overall I highly recommend

Spacious, right on the beach, patio is awesome (great furniture too). 3 bath/3 bed - great for families - plus washer/dryer. Internet was ok, beds were comfy, great location. Not much staff around, not a super busy beachfront. Nice pool. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Accommodating!

This unit is furnished very well and was enjoyed by our multi-generation family. Absolutely loved that the bathrooms had grab bars particularly in the master bathroom with the jet tub that is high. Kitchen well supplied with utensils; suggest guests bring pots and pans if planning to cook meals. The balcony also has a variety of seating to meet different needs. Our family has visited Bahama Sands for many years and stayed in the same unit but decided to select a different unit that was (in our opinion) more updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in #0807.

Great Ladies Trip!

We loved our time here! Very spacious for six adults, clean, and has a great ocean view! Everyone at Vacasa was very responsive and helpful. We will be back! If you're planning to cook you will have plenty of items to use to cook with but you will need oil, salt, trash bags, and all basics like that. Sound does travel through from other units and one of the toilet flushers was held together by a safety pin that kept detaching until it completely broke. Vacasa was quick to address that though!

Great family beach condo

Our family stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Vacasa had great customer service and the house was beautiful. We especially loved the balcony that was spacious enough to fit our whole party at one time comfortably and the large windows that gave a fantastic view of the ocean even when you were inside. The beach was clean and family friendly and while we didn’t use the poos much they appeared nice and not overly crowded. My only criticism would be that the kitchen is not well stocked for those who plan to do a lot of cooking, but we got creative and made it work and next time may bring our own Tupperware, pans, etc.

The condo was perfect!

We absolutely enjoyed our entire stay @ Bahama Sands! The condo was exactly as described. The only thing weird was there was no shower curtain in the master bathroom so water got all over the floor if you didn’t put a towel down. That’s the only thing I can actually think of that was a con but it wasn’t major. We would definitely stay here again in the future

Beautiful and Relaxing

The entire unit has been updated with tasteful decor. Kitchen has everything you need and want, from granite countertops to a crockpot for cooking dinner while exploring the beach, Comfortable and relaxing balcony furniture!! It is not the typical cheap plastic chairs most units offer. The balcony glass insert railing was our absolute favorite!!! We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Family Vacation
