Beautifully appointed ocean-view condo just steps from Hilton Head’s most desired beach! One of the best views in Seaside Villas, this cozy retreat is just a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. The villa features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunk beds for small children, plus a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. Enjoy direct beach access and everything you need for a perfect Hilton Head getaway! 🌊☀️🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, and just a short walk to the new Celebration Park, with its large children's playground and museum.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We were very happy with the proximity to the beach and the pool. Communication with the owners was great! The view of the ocean was partial (as in the pictures), but still a refreshing scene for coffee or reading on the balcony. There is a (fenced off) public access walkway through the parking lot, which contributed to more people in the beach than expected for this size property, but everyone was friendly and we had a good time. We packed enough not to need the shared laundry facilities, but they were convenient to the condo.

Great location!!

Me and my husband loved our stay here! Unit was perfect for it being just the two of us and we were in walking and biking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation for two!

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The condo was small, but it worked for just two of us. Short walk to a few restaurants and store.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay here! It was just 2 of us so it was great for us. Could use a new sofa and a couple updates but all in all nice place. Great location to beach and restaurants!

Extended weekend trip

My wife and I decided on a whim to head to Hilton Head which we go to frequently. This was a well priced condo, very clean and the timeliness of the host replying was second to none. Really enjoyed this trip and the condo. Would definitely book again.

Family Getaway

Nice condo inside a quiet and clean complex. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the laid back beaches of Hilton Head. Great location within a short bike ride to many shops and restaurants. If you wanted to, you could literally park the car and not move it until its time to go home. The host is very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this condo for sure.

Great Efficiency - very close to the ocean!

The owners were great to work with...very easy process. They happened to be down the same week and reached out to see if there was anything the could take care of, much appreciated! The unit is clean and many aspects have been remodeled. Only suggestion is to update and open up the bunk area for kids (iPod plug ins, special lighting) to make it a cool experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thanks! If you're looking for a place close to the beach and close to Coligny Circle (where the action is) look no further!

Great HHI Vacation

Our vacation rental was everything my wife and I needed it be: clean, cozy and a great location. Check in/check out couldn’t have been any easier. Our host was awesome. He answered our questions before we asked. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen had everything a cook would need. This was our first time visiting HHI and will not be our last. We’ve done lots of traveling and have never seen a more environmentally friendly town. The flora and fauna were amazing. If you love nature this is the place to visit. Be sure and make time for Pinckney National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Pines Forest.Preserve.

Very nice little unit in a great location.

A wonderful location, nicely decorated, nicely appointed, we would recommend it to friends. As with most oceanfront properties it's impossible to keep rust at bay, so even new fixtures show small amounts of rust. The plates were usable, but a bit dingy. There were plates, pots, glasses, and a dishwasher. The unit was clean and well maintained. There was a good view of the ocean, although it's ocean view rather than ocean facing. I'll try to upload a couple pictures of the view from the room. The owners were great and helped when there was there was a problem with VRBO. We look forward to staying in this unit again.

Perfect location and comfortable condo

The location of this condo is as described, literally steps to the beach (this unit is close to the beach and walkway) and within walking or biking distance to Coligny Circle for shops and restaurants. We spent five nights and didn't feel the need to venture to other parts of the island since all we needed/wanted was right there. The bike paths were also pretty and accessible right from the condo. The condo was efficient and comfortable for the two of us and had a very pretty beach view above the (tasteful and landscaped) parking lot area. Carolyn Cook sent quick responses to my inquiries and was helpful along the way. The only negative I can report is outside of the control of the owners; smoking is allowed on the decks, and as non-smokers sandwiched by two decks with smokers, it was difficult to enjoy spending time on the deck while breathing in their second-hand smoke. Perhaps a new condo rule for no smoking both inside and on the decks will be passed one day. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great Location/View/Small Unit

Our stay was great, we were there for my daughters fall break from college, the location is great, within walking distance or a short drive to the food/shopping area's, beach view is good although a side view, but nice, the unit was clean and well maintained, stocked, however it is small, the living/kitchen area is cramped with just a pull out couch to sit on, and a small table and chairs, there is a breakfast bar, but the cooking area is cramped. The bedroom is located on the inside wall of the unit, which is the hallway side, the headboard is right against that wall, being the there in a less crowded time of the year this was not a problem, but I could imagine that in high/crowded time with people walking in the hall way could be a noise problem. It was just the two of us, and there were times we were in each others way. There are two in the wall bunk beds, that are just across from the bedroom in the entrance way. This was great for a two day stay, but I'm not sure I could have handled a longer stay based on the size of the unit.

very nice but tiny

It was a very nice complex. The condo itself is nice but a bit small. It would have been difficult to stay longer than a weekend in such small accommodations. There were only two if us. I do not think I could have put any one in the hallway bunks; it's just too closed in. The only real issue I had was they odor in the mini-island cabinet - almost like it had been wet at one time - very musty. The views are pretty good except for the large palms that block the 2nd floor. Maybe they could be replaced with something smaller for the ground floor - not sure you have any control over that. The towels were amazing. I would have preferred a coffee pot over the Keurig. Other than that, the condo was also very well stocked and that was greatly appreciated - paper products (especially the paper plates), cleaning supplies, ice trays, beach chairs and much more. My husband has been suffering with severe back issues lately and it was wonderful to see a taller fold up chair in the closet. he would not have enjoyed the beach without that chair.
