Great Location

The condo was clean, updated and in a convenient location. It is close to golf iand the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for quick golf getaway

Friend & I stayed for a golf outing. Clean, easy access, great location and patio. Host communication was great, and provided a lot of information about the area.

My husband and I were thrilled with the screened in porch and location of this unit. Anytime we needed something, the owner was immediately available. We will be coming back here again!

Relaxing, peaceful vacation stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this relaxing, peaceful and comfortable property. It is exactly as described and the golf views are beautiful. We appreciated our host checking in to be sure everything was fine, which it was! The location is perfect, near multiple dining and shopping and golf options. Walk to the pool and don't forget to check out the dining options at PGA!

Our family recommends this place.

Great quiet location as described. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Management company was responsive by text for questions during office hours. Many amenities, attractions and conveniences within close proximity. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay in the PGA Neighborhood

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this property. Rooms were clean, kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The view overlooking the golf course from the screened in lanai was wonderful. The community pool was conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood was secure and very well maintained. Access, as well as choice for shopping, restaurants and other amenities from this area was great. The Host was accessible and responded to any questions and concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Just off the practice range!

Loved the view from this super clean condo. Quiet and peaceful. The blinds raise automatically revealing the golf course practice range. Bed was very comfortable. Host was attentive. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in WPB visiting family.

Home Search

What a beautiful location with views of the golf course. It had everything you needed and it was clean. If we had an issue with any appliance or AC, David responded right away. David is an excellent host. Would return anytime.

Florida get away

We had a very abbreviated visit due to extraneous circumstances but enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of golf course lots of great walking. Home was well equipped and well cared for. Only disappointment was our inability to get tv to work properly. Had several episodes when WI-FI would not connect

Bathrooms were disgusting. shower was old and filled with mold and mildew. Four towels for two full bathrooms. Towels all stained. I had to go out and purchase my own bathroom towels. Carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night because batteries were never changed. Cardboard stuffed behind water heater. Fire hazard. Only three coffee cups when four people were staying at Condo. No vacuum. Filthy mop. Had problems with hot water in kitchen and dishwasher. Maintenance had to come and replace kitchen faucet. Maintenance man agreed showers were filthy. Throw rugs stained. I had to roll one of them up and put in the closet. Blinds did not work because the remote control did not have batteries. Half of the lamps in the unit did not work because there were no lightbulbs or turn switches on the lamp. Another fire hazard was that the windows could not open because the shutters blocked the cranks to open the windows. Sliding glass door frame not attached to wall leaving large gap. Host NEVER responded to any of my complaints. I reached out to VRBO and host never responded back to them. Management that was overseeing unit did not respond to all of my complaints. They did finally send me a stick vacuum after a week and a half and a new mop after two weeks. Other than that, they were of no help. I took many pictures of the unit when we arrived. Maintenance man also took video of the unit. VRBO was really no help. I do not recommend this unit or this host at all.

Dissapointed with communication

My stay at this home was not what I had imagined. Safety is very important as I am recently widowed and this would be my first trip without my husband. I liked the fact it was a gated community and David was available 24/7. The gate actually lets anyone in… there is no special pass… so the gate is useless….that was surprising. Then I realized David was in Europe… not actually close by to handle an issue. Unfortunately I got locked out at 10 pm… when I reached david to ask how to reset the lock he responded with its 4 am and I’m in Europe. Not exactly peace of mind…he did find a locksmith… who got me in and changed the lock. I had to pay him almost $500…. He also told me the battery had died which is why I couldn’t get in. I reached out to David for several days to ask where I should leave the keys for next renter… and how I would be reimbursed. He never responded. After a couple of days of silence I decided to leave early. I felt unsafe without communication from David I was not comfortable staying in his home. I am disputing some of these charges because david stopped communicating. He was clearly annoyed. I would say the house was fine and as long as your issues are small you will be ok. But if like me you have a bigger issue it may be a problem. Make sure all of your communication is through the app…. You and vrbo will have a record of everything

I’m really sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. The property is located within PGA National, which is a gated community. Because this was the first time the guest was traveling without her husband, the guest was extremely worried about her safety. I can understand this from the guests perspective and sympathize with her. On the third day of the guests’ stay, she reset the keyless lock. (I have never had a guest do this during their stay.) When she came back that night, she called me and explained she couldn’t get in the property. I answered immediately, even though it was 4am my time, which was 10pm in Florida. I arranged for a locksmith and he arrived in 35 minutes. I was with my family in Europe. Her stay was over the Christmas holiday. The lock was replaced and the guest had no other issues, apart from the 35 minute delay on the one night. After staying an additional 3 nights, the guest said that she no longer felt safe because I was in Europe. This make no sense as many people rent their properties when they leave town. There is no requirement that remain in the same city. I was traveling to see my family over Christmas in Europe. I suspect the guest may have wanted to head back early because of a impending snow storm headed to the east coast where she was traveling. I explained that there would be no refunds for an early departure. The guest then took the two keys to the new lock with her, even though I gave her instructions to leave the keys on the kitchen counter. I have another guest arriving after this guests’ stay and unfortunately had to have the lock changed again since I had no keys to the property. I feel badly about the guests’ loss of her husband and the stress of traveling alone for the first time, however I didn’t deserve this 1 star review as I handled the situation promptly and professionally. You can see this property has straight 5 star reviews apart from this review.

Great Stay

My husband and I had a nice time for the month of February with our children and grandchildren...the location was good with easy access to the resort where we ate often...the children loved the bunk beds, the living space was nice with a large kitchen and the patio was spacious with a wonderful view!
