Sorry you felt as though you were dismissed. Our property manager responded to all your text and messages within 5 minutes on VRBO as well as her personal cell phone number. Rest assured, this property is maintained to the strictest standards. We have a monthly pest control service on this property and ants have never been an issue. However, following your comments we scheduled an exterminator at their earliest time available come out and spray as an interim service as well as check inside and out for any ants. There was no evidence of any ants or any issues of this manner. After letting you know this information you then commented of other problems with the property with no picture evidence of your claims. You did send the property manager a picture of a single ant bite on your employee that stayed at the house as evidence of them being “covered” in ants 2 nights in a row. No other pictures were provided to us. Additionally, as you are a third party with contractors staying you had no first hand knowledge of any of this. We have had 3 guests stay after your employees stayed, with all having slept in the bunks with no issue or any comments of any ants. There was nothing wrong with this property nor the way our property manager handled the situation. As owners, I sincerely regret we were not able to have a guest (as the same with all of our guests) have a perfect experience, however this property does not have any issues and my team did everything in their power to perform up to standards.

I am sorry you felt as though the communication was lacking, as I did speak with you afterwards about the state that the house was left in. Unfortunately, you were charged an additional fee for none of the check-out procedures being completed which were stated in the guest book, including several pieces of gum that was left ground into the floor which caused additional cleaning to be incurred. Although we had these check-out procedures in the guest book at the house with a note online to review it (which should have been sufficient to convey all check-out procedures), we have remedied any uncertainty and placed online these procedures. Other than the above, we are happy you enjoyed all the wonderful amenities the VRBO has to offer!
