Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location of the home and are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We take all guest comments seriously and continually work to maintain and improve our property each year. We were not made aware of any drainage issues during your stay, and we would have been happy to address that promptly, as we encourage guests to reach out at any time so we can resolve concerns in real time. Regarding the home itself, the bathrooms are consistent with the Windjammer-style layout, are the same size, and are accurately represented in the listing photos. Many of our guests appreciate our home’s comfortable, beach-cottage character, as reflected in our 50 10/10 reviews, though we understand that style preferences can vary. We have not previously received feedback regarding mattress comfort, but we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to evaluate and improve the home. In the bunk room, a ceiling fan cannot be installed for safety reasons; however, we do provide two fans in addition to the room’s air conditioning to help maintain comfort.
