This fully renovated, split level house is designed for two families with children, yet still affordable for the single family who wishes oceanfront accommodation without having to coordinate their vacation plans with other parties.

The cottage features a modern, Scandinavian kitchen, spacious dining area and living room area with cathedral ceilings, smart recessed lighting, and an enclosed, screened-in porch over looking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, natural wood cabinets, brushed stainless steel handles and knobs and a synthetic stone counter top.

The property has five bedrooms, including three bedrooms and a full bath on the upper floor and two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower floor. The lower floor bath has an oversized shower area, ideal for multiple children. The lower floor bath is fitted with mosaic glass tile.

The upper floor bath has an oversized tub, a separate frameless, shower enclosure, toilet, urinal and vanity sink. The upper bath is also fitted with glass mosaic tile.

The floor of the kitchen and dining room area is fitted with a porcelain tile. The living room area is fitted with natural Oak hardwood flooring. The entire upper floor is also fitted with natural Oak hardwood flooring. The lower floor, including the fourth bedroom, the fifth bedroom and the recreation room, is fully carpeted. The floor of the laundry area is fitted with porcelain tile.

The property has a multi-zone, multi thermostat, central air conditioning system for precision comfort. Other amenities include washer, dryer, hdtv, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a ceiling fan.

The enclosed, screened-in porch has a 7' picnic table to accommodate large groups, four Adirondack chairs, two chaise lounge chairs and a number of side tables and durable plastic chairs.

The cottage has cable HDTV service to the living room and the lower floor, fifth bedroom. The living room has a flat screen, high definition television. The cottage also has network cabling to all five bedrooms and Wifi, high speed, Internet access.

Cellular telephone service is available in the area.

The recreation area on the lower floor has a ping pong table.

The property is a smoke free, pet free environment and is respectful of tenants who have allergies to dogs and cats.

The refund policy is contingent on backfilling the reservation. On the event that the week is rebooked at the same rate, we refund the deposits monies of the cancelling tenant.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.

The property is not available for high school graduation parties or similar celebrations.
