Oceanfront Villa steps away from the ocean- Featured on HGTV Bahamas Life

Featured on HGTV's Bahamas Life Boujee Beach Villa is a 1250 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bath oceanfront villa overlooking beautiful Elizabeth's Harbour. Fully Remodeled March 2021. It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with 1 King size bed in Master, 2 Queen size beds in Second Bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It also includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch and more! You walk out the front door and you are on the beach in just seconds! It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
The villa is only 7 minutes from the airport. I have an 8 seater van that you can rent also for your stay!
There are 3 grocery stores close by and a restaurant and bar called Splash that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the resort that the villa is in. There is a pool, paddle boards, kayaks,, a game area with a pool table, arcade games, gym and more! You don't even have to leave the resort area if you don't want to. All these amenities are included in your stay! Book your stay today!

Amazing stay!

This was a great villa! The check in was so easy and Janetta was there to greet us and answer any questions! The villa had everything you need and was so cute! The view was amazing and we would love to stay again!

Perfect stay

Our first trip to Exuma. Could not have picked better location to explore the island. April was fantastic host, who was very responsive to all my questions. 10 of 10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

The location and place is beautiful. Just a short walk to Jolly Hall beach, and Shirley’s Fish Fry. All the staff at Hideaways were extremely helpful and nice!!! Marvin was our driver and so much fun!!! Only issue was guest bathroom water was not hot as the master, which is minor. Property owner, April was prompt and helpful!!! Would recommend this place to everyone!

I highly recommend staying at the Boujee Beach Villa. We loved everything about it! The location and views are wonderful! We loved the fact that Jolly Hall Beach was right beside us and we could easily walk to it. That was our favorite beach and the water was beautiful! Also, it was very convenient to have Splash Beach Bar at this location. We could walk straight from the beach to get food and drinks! April was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with and also helped us with our itinerary for the week! Sincerely,The Cosgrove Family

Can't Beat These Beaches!

We are ruined forever for any other beaches. The perks we didn't realize would be a game changer before we booked: the location. The house is part of the Hideaways Resort, and it was wonderful to have access to a pool, restaurant, and kayaks. The resort is a very central location, which meant it was close to the best grocery store (Exuma Market) and airport. We made a couple different trips to the grocery store, and Janetta had groceries waiting in the house when we arrived. Janetta is WONDERFUL, prepare yourself for a warm island welcome from her! Bring your own shampoo etc because very little is provided. AC is COLD, wi-fi is Starlink, and it's super clean with comfortable beds.The view out the front door is great, but we spent the majority of our time a short 5 minute walk down the beach at Jolly Hall beach, which was AMAZING. We were by ourselves there several times! We rented the van along with the house, and took one day to drive about 40 minutes to Tropic of Cancer beach. Worth the drive! The drive is a little wild, especially driving on the left side of the road and the right side of the car. We also took a drive to tour the north side of the island where the Sandals resort is. Our one excursion was to Sandy Cay, where parts of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies were shot. My favorite place in the world! Sand dollars, conch shells, wide open views, shallow water, endless sand, and nobody around. We used Out-Island Explorers and Dallas was great!

Beautiful and everything you need!

The property was perfect. April was a great host with many suggestions and very, very responsive. Appreciated having the van too! The boat day with Captain Choppy was so worth it! Highly recommend it all and hope to be back one day!

Fantastic Exuma Vacation

We spent 8 nights at April's Boujee Beach Villa. The villa was right on the ocean and the views were pristine!! The photos and description of the villa listed are accurate. April was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything in Exuma. About mid trip, April reached out to us just to make sure we were having a great vacation. April's assistant on the island was Janetta. Janetta showed us to the villa and helped us get situated. About mid-week, Janetta checked in on us. We enjoyed talking with her as she grew up in Exuma and is a very sweet person. In addition to a beautiful villa and great communication, April offers her vehicle to rent. We rented her vehicle, and we could not have been happier. She took a photo of where the vehicle was located in the small airport parking lot. We quickly found the vehicle and off we went. The true value to this is we didn't have to wait in line for a rental car with an airplane full of other customers!!

Rest and relaxation!!!

My wife and I have been wanting to go to Exuma for quite a while, and we finally went!!! We had done a lot of research, and ended up choosing Hideaways at Palm Bay for our location. We selected Villa #33 also known as Boujee Beach Villa. April, the owner, was fantastic at communicating all of the information regarding the island. She gave us tips on places to eat, things to explore, and excursions to do. We had such a great time!!! Just got home, and already can't wait to go back!!!

Relaxing

Beautiful location and a great way to relax with friends or family. April was great to work with and everyone at The Hideaways was very pleasant. Plenty of things to do if you like to stay active. We would definitely go back.

Coffee filled sunrises, sandy toes, and sunkissed skin.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything a family needs. We were able to pack our days full of memories without worry of the finer details. From the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare family meals down to the beach amenities. We were ever grateful for the extras such as the sunblock, soaps, etc that we hadn't planned enough for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

April's villa is better than can be described or photographed. The communication with her, Jacinda, and the resort staff was prompt and helpful. The rental van was convenient and clean. We hope that we can visit in the future and enjoy a longer stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. This was our first visit and April was very helpful and informative. The whole process was very easy. We were t aware that the on site restaurant/bar was closed for renovations which is as a bummer with little kids, but we had other options. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING

We absolutely LOVED staying at “Boujee Beach Villa!” It was our first time to visit Exuma and it was amazing! Perfect way to start summer with my husband and kids! April was fabulous and extremely helpful and very engaged. The Villa was perfect and sweet Janetta and Wade were precious and made sure we had everything we needed. My family will definitely be back soon!

Ahhh Exuma!

What a beautiful island and location! The cottage was wonderful and well kempt. Cindy the property rep. was a joy to work with, as was Janetta and Wade the property host. Jolly Hall beach was a five minute walk and was jaw dropping in it’s beauty. The waters of Exuma have no comparison. Most restaurants are comparatively slow to the U. S. but everyone is on island time, so just relax and enjoy. Lots of Kalik beer to go around. The cottage was perfect for us and met every need! Make sure to ask April about car rental as she has connections! Thx April for sharing your family’s treasure in Exuma with us. Brad and Heather

Excellent Stay for First Time Visitors

The stay at Hideaways was just perfect. We were first time visitors to Exuma and found this rental and location to be the place to stay for first timers. The host of the property will help you with details and Hideaways has plenty of amenities. There is a nice restaurant and a reef in front for snorkeling. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Perfect stay!

Hideaways resort was very convenient - close to Georgetown and nice having onsite restaurant, pool, kayaks. April's villa is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We never got tired of sitting on the patio with that view. All of the beds are very comfortable (and I am picky about mattresses). We had some friends stay in villas up the hill and their units were hardly stocked with pots and utensils. Boujee Beach Villa was very well stocked for any cooking you might want to do. It was great having the little extras like hand soap, dish soap, salt and pepper, and coffee filters. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and slow, but it was nice to unplug for a bit. We want to come back to Exuma and will definitely book this unit again!

Little slice of heaven

Villa was Cute and comfortable! You can never tire of the view! Great spot to rest your head after beach hopping & exploring this quaint island! Centrally located to the grocery, good restaurants, the dock, the airport etc….Really enjoyed our stay!
