Updated villa minutes walk to the beach. Seasonal heated outdoor pool

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with a 24 hour guardhouse. It is mid island next to Palmetto Dunes. One outdoor heated pool and another smaller outdoor pool. Additional indoor pool, walking track, sauna, steam room, hot tub, small arcade.

-Our villa is close to pools and the beach! The villa is located in the highly desired Building #2. Building #2 has a garden and badminton court in the courtyard area.

-You will have access to all 6 lit up tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools (the large outdoor pool is seasonally heated ) 1 indoor pool plus kiddie pool, indoor jogging and walking track, hot tub, sauna, steam room, badminton court, workout room, pool side bar & grill, beach front bar and grill and family grilling area.

-Building #1 has the larger outdoor pool with a pool side bar & grill. The bathrooms are near the pool and there is convenience store that sells ice cream, sunscreen, and souvenirs, etc. The outdoor pools are normally opened from March thru Nov 1st.

-Building #2 has a badminton court and a courtyard with a peaceful garden in the the middle.

-Building #3 has indoor pool and a kiddie pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, bathroom/showers and running/walking track. Amenities in Building 3 are available year round and is great for those cooler and rainy days.

-Building #4 is the farthest from the beach but has six newly resurfaced lit up tennis courts and another smaller outdoor pool. Barbecue grills and new picnic tables are located by this building. Just bring or buy your BBQ supplies.

-All guests have direct beach access via our private boardwalk. On this walk you can see crabs, birds, alligators and more. Our villa is located on the top floor and offers modern, updated beach decor and feel inside the villa. We have one of the largest two bedroom villa on the resort. Our front door offers a digital entry lock system, so there is no having to worry about carrying a key around with you. We also have a smart thermostat to keep the villa at the right temperature.

-Less than a minute away are new elevators and a state of the art laundry that will send you a text message once its done washing or drying your items.

-Our full and spacious kitchen comes with all brand new LG appliances. We have many kitchen items that includes: Dish plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, kids cups, utensils, pots and pans to make meals. We have cookie sheets, pizza sheet along with glass and plastic storage containers.

-We also offer a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your coffee pods), drip coffee machine, new knife set, silverware, kids plates, kids spoons / forks , large slice toaster, electric can opener and blender. We have measuring cups, spatulas, pizza cutter, wine bottle openers etc.

- Right next to the kitchen the villa offers its own dining room and table with 4 chairs.

-Brand new 50in 4K LED TV in 2nd bedroom..
-Cable TV in living room and all bedrooms

-Brand new King suite bedroom furniture in Master Bedroom
-Each pillow has allergy protective pillow cover
-Private balcony off of the master bedroom with 2 brand new Trex wood Adirondack chairs and brand new table. You can see the pond with fountain from your patio view.

-Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

-Brand new Twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom.
-The twin bunk mattress are new memory foam.
-The top bunk has a weight limit of 150lbs

-Each reservation allows up to 2 parking spots at the resort

- We have an iron and Ironing board. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

- Very close (less than minute walk,on same floor) to credit card-operated laundry machines. These machine will text/message you once they are done washing or drying.

We also include a beach cart, 4 beach chairs & sand toys for you to use. You just need to bring your own beach towels. We supply fresh sheets and bath towels, with a starter kit of: toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, soap, and dishwashing soap.

Every 3rd Friday of the month the pest control person will need access to the villa for 15minutes or less (This happens in all villas)
