Enjoy the views of the golf course, marshlands & ocean from our balcony

This lovely, bright, clean freshly renovated and uncluttered 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is complete with new fully equipped kitchen and appliances. with air conditioning. There is new flooring throughout the unit, free Wi-Fi is available in the villa. There is also free Wi-Fi service located in the building 3 computer/Game room or by the building 1 pool. This villa is conveniently located in building 2 at the Hilton Head Resort.
You can see little bits of the ocean and there is a beautiful view of Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from your private balcony, master bedroom and living area. The spare bedroom has a Twin and a Bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin over double, sleeping six comfortably (max. 4 adults). There is a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has a tv with cable. We have beach chairs available for your use, boogie boards and tennis rackets. All you need is your bathing suit and beach towels. The resort offers 3 pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor) indoor walking track, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness room, 6 lighted tennis courts free of charge, bike rentals, Beach Bear deli/Bar and pool side tiki bar. Take a walk down our private boardwalk that leads you to the beach & Coco's on the Beach. If you don't want to walk, take the shuttle that the resort provides. Coco's on the Beach serves food and refreshments, and they have bathrooms, no need to leave the beach! Visit the Beach Bear located by the building 1 pool. They have free Wi-Fi service by the pool, and they offer a breakfast/lunch menu. Enjoy an evening cocktail at the pool side tiki bar. Our Gated Resort with 24-hour security has awesome views of the marsh, Palmetto Dunes Golf Course, lagoon and view of the ocean. There are elevators located in all the buildings. We are centrally located on the Island. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private balcony while relaxing and viewing the ocean and golf course.

There were 4 of us. The size of the condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and a short walk to the beach. There was also a shuttle that ran between the property and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Great condo with awesome amenities and a short boardwalk to the beach. Enjoyed renting bikes and going to Coco‘s restaurant on the beach. Great view from the balcony and a very enjoyable family trip.

Great vacation as always

This has been our 4th stay at HHR but this home was very nicely redone with all new plumbing fixtures, crown molding and countertops. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions. Would love to stay here again with my family.

Family Fun

We stayed on the island from July 31st and August 4th. The condo was exactly as it was described. The view form the balcony was beautiful. The condo was perfect for our family.

Fantastic Room and Location

The room was very clean and well updated. The host checked with us on the first day to make sure everything was good. The property grounds are older but well kept. If you have small kids you may want to bring a wagon or have a stroller. The walk to the beach is relaxing but long. Our family had a great vacation.

Very Comfortable for Family of 4

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. There was attention to detail like the beach cart being provided. That was very important in getting things to and from the beach. Small things make a difference. There is a continuous shuttle also. The view from the balcony was nice. We saw a couple of gators, which was fun. The location is great, close to good restaurants and grocery store. I would for sure stay again.

Great Location

This property was as-advertised. Nothing glamorous, but very comfortable and in a perfect spot. Beach access was really easy with a 10-minute walk down the boardwalk or by taking the shuttle that was constantly running back and forth. Indoor pool/hot tub/sauna is great for days when the weather doesn't cooperate. The Island Grill at one of the outdoor pools was much better than you would typically get at a poolside grill. As others have mentioned, the water pressure in the showers leaves something to be desired, but the beds were comfortable, and the 2nd bedroom setup was perfect for a family like ours with 3 kids. Great view over the marsh and golf course to the ocean from the balcony!

We came to Hilton Head for the first time with my family (husband & 3 teenagers). The weather wasn’t ideal but the location and amenities made up for the weather. The unit was clean, furnished, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, cookware, and spices). We had 2 baths and 3 TVs which was very accommodating. We did hit the beach on one day and there were beach chairs available in the storage locker. The resort had indoor and outdoor pools (which the kids utilized the indoor pool A LOT)! We rented a car and were a short drive from Coligny and Harbour Town - both a must see! We had Duck Donuts, went mini golfing and there were lots of stores and stores nearby. I’d highly recommend and come back again! Thanks!

We had red ants and flying black ants in the condo. There are no lamps in the bedrooms, which as a reader at night was very disappointing. Also, most disturbing was to see underage children cleaning the condo. We walked up at 4:20 and children were cleaning the condo. A supervisor came in and had to get them to redo some of the bedding. Very disturbing and should be looked into as I am sure that is not what you want happening.

Nice little condo

The condo itself is well maintained and recently renovated. Very nice compared to some other units on the property. It was listed accurately and the view overlooking the lagoon although not a direct view of the ocean was still pleasant and i enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. There are enough cookery and appliances for light cooking, and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the condo. All the TV's were in working order. The only drawback was the matress in the master bedroom was too firm for my liking. If you like a firm matress this will be perfect for you. We did not visit all the pools, but walking past the outdoor one with pool bar it looked nice, and was not too busy. The indoor pool was decent, but when you have the beach right there, why be in a pool? The boardwalk to the beach is a definite bonus and accurately described as an 8 minute walk from the unit. There is a tram that operates on sunny days. We walked to the beach every day, and it was far less crowded than the public beach. We also one night watched the sun set from Coco's on the Beach. Did not try the food, but the drinks were tasty. There were some issues with the elevator and stairwells on the property, and hopefully HHR will fix the problems, but that is outside of the unit owner's control. Overall this was an enjoyable stay and the unit is a nice find.

Excellent Stay

The location and amenities were perfect! 10 minutes from Hilton Head golf clubs and 5 minute walk to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

You get what you pay for....maybe less.

While Hilton Head has grown tremendously and changed significantly since the last time I visited here 30 years ago, this condo "resort" seemed to be all original. The water pressure at this apartment is absolutely atrocious, almost unacceptable. I seriously considered taking a shower at the public shower heads next to the beach. The shower head in the master bath came up to below my chin (I'm 6'2"), so I couldn't even shower in this bathroom. To the owners, spend a couple hundred bucks to update the bathroom fixtures and hardware. It would go a long way in making this place feel more comfortable. I have to say, I have never had a rental property with a shower so bad, would have been better off in a hotel. Other than the atrocious shower, I would also have been extremely angry if I were a person who has limited mobility or asthma trying to stay at this place because you are gonna walk and climb stairs quite a bit if you rent here. There is no easy way to get to the unit from your car. There are elevators but they are on the opposite side of the resort. Its a workout to pack all your beach stuff to and from this place, almost impossible if you have limited mobility or breathing problems. My wife had a couple of asthma attacks during the week, not fun. The redeeming factor of this place is the balcony which had a great view of the salt water marsh, Robert Jones golf course and ocean view in the distance. We got to watch a large alligator basking for the whole first day we were there. The showers and hiking of this place really made me feel disappointed that I didn't do more searching for a place to stay for my family though. Like the title says, you get what you pay for.

Lovely Stay

This was our third time at HHR, and 2309 has been our favorite condo so far. Previously we stayed in building one and three, and I thought I would miss being close to a pool, but I actually liked it better. It was quiet, and the pools are still so close, it really didn’t matter. Also, because of where the building is situated, the view from the balcony is lovely. You can sit and watch the birds, turtles, alligators, etc. in the ponds, and see the ocean beyond. We love coming here because it’s family friendly, and the beach and pools provide a lot of fun without leaving the property. Some people complain about the long boardwalk to the beach (it’s like a quarter mile maybe??) but we love it. Yes it can get hot, but it’s so fun to look at all the critters along the way. And you can always take the golf cart shuttle if you need to! Just watch the schedule, as it doesn’t run non-stop. We will try to stay in this condo again if we come back to HHR. Owners were great and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The condo itself was clean and well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacay

Great location in a quiet resort. Beach was beautiful, least crowded beach I have ever been to. Waves were not too over powering and very little rip current for those with smaller children. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The master mattress was hard, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

Great amenities at a great price!

We had a great family spring break in Hilton Head! The condo was even nicer than the photos indicated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and very private. This unit was in an ideal location within the complex because it was private and quiet and had easy access to all three pools and the beach boardwalk. The resort amenities were perfect for our family with two teens (12, 15). We enjoyed both outdoor pools, the indoor pool and hot tub, and the beach. Nothing was overly crowded, even in pandemic terms. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer!

We grew up near the Long Island sound and we've always loved the beach. For years we would vacation along the Jersey shore and Ocean City, Maryland. We felt that it was time to find a place of our own. We fell in love with Hilton Head, it's clean, the beaches are beautiful, there are many activities for every age group. Whether you like bicycling, fishing, golfing, tennis, snorkeling, antiquing, it's all right there for you. The historic Savannah, GA is a short 45 minute drive away, or you can take the ferry. We love spending time in HH and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Dom & Marie DeSiena

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are many amenities for you to enjoy in our resort. We have 3 pools (2 outdoor / 1 indoor), 6 lighted tennis courts available at no charge, walking track, kiddie pool, fitness room and our own private boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The boardwalk runs through the marshlands that have an abundance of wild life. If you don't feel like leaving the pool to have lunch, the Island Grill deli, located by bldg 1 pool serves breakfast / lunch. There is also Coco's on the Beach, located at the end of the boardwalk. They have bathrooms, serve food and refreshments as well as cocktails, so you don't have to leave the beach. We enjoy going to Coco's in the evenings for a cocktail and the wonderful ocean breeze. There is also live entertainment on Friday evenings.
