Very clean and convenient. Just a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Perfect location for a quick getaway or a long vacation. We will definitely be returning!

We came down to do a race and this location was perfect for what we needed. The host was very accomodating and allowed us a little extra time to check out so that we could return after the race and shower before hitting the road. Thank You!!!

Very nice accommodations. Very clean with everything you might need. Close to beach and boardwalk. Street parking was easy but I could see during season it may be a little difficult. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone.

Quiet, safe, convenient apartment- elderly friendly

I traveled with my 91 year old mother and older sister. Easy access into apartment, comfortable furnishings and beds, walk in shower, everything very clean, quiet neighborhood, good parking for April. Great location to stay to explore the Jersey shores.

Wonderful Experience!

My mom, son, and I loved our stay! Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful and close to all of our favorite OCNJ places, and the owner (Becky) was wonderful with communication and making us feel welcome. We loved our time here!

OC beach house

Our place was cozy, close to everything, very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. we had a nice relaxing stay in OC NJ.

Great Little Place But Parking is An Issue

The condo and the location are excellent. It is impossible to get on street parking. We parked at Park America about a block away at a cost of 150.00 for the week, on a holiday week, so make sure to figure that in to the cost of your stay. They do let you go in and out as you please all week.

Beach and Boardwalk

The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Perfectly renovated, nicely decorated, and once inside, you could hear hardly any outside noise. It was also the perfect location for a family that loves the beach and boardwalk. Can't wait to return next summer.

Nice place, great location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything is in very good condition and the kitchen is well equipped. The property is located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We will be happy to rent this property again!

Cozy place and great location

Place was super clean and cozy. Perfect for me and my husband. Close to the beach/boardwalk and downtown Asbury Ave for the shops. We were able to park the car and walk to everything. They have everything you need in the kitchen. The shower water pressure was amazing. The porch is nice and quiet to sit. The only negative thing is you can hear the people upstairs moving around, since this is the first floor. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to booking this place in the future.

Great location In OCNJ

The condo is close to everything and nice and clean. The communicated the check-in process because I have never used a electronic lock before. We will definitely be staying here again for the Spring Block Party weekend. Thanks!

Great place

This property was clean, and close to the boards. It was perfect for our family of four. The only inconvenience at this property was no parking behind house. We stayed during a holiday weekend and parking was difficult on the street. We really liked that we could book for just 3 days instead of a whole week

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I were completely delighted with this place! Everything you could need and more, was provided! Kitchen tools to the hilt! Spotless in every room. Comfortable beds and lighting! The Owner was personable, and always quick to answer questions. Quiet area, and front porch very inviting. We will be booking again soon.

Would be perfect if there was parking

The apartment/condo was clean, a great size, had a well stocked kitchen, and in an amazing location. I would highly recommend the place itself. The only con I had for my visit was the parking. Trying to find a free parking space was a nightmare and since I was a first time visitor to Ocean City, I wasn’t prepared for how difficult it was going to be. The 2 times I had to find a parking space over the week I was there, I spent over 30 mins each time driving around and wound up blocks and blocks away. I wish there was a driveway or a designated space to park in. If I had a place I could park with ease, I’d rent this place over and over again.

Perfect stay, home away from home down the shore

Everything was just right and perfect! Location - so close to the beach. We generally walked over to 14th to sit under the pier. Plus we didn't have to go up and down a set of stairs. We walked over to all of our favorite spots downtown including Drip n Scoop and WaWa. Kitchen - everything we needed to cook with, including a blender and glass containers to store leftovers etc. I loved cooking here because it's a great way to save money on vacation. Comfort - beds were very comfy and AC worked beautifully. The pics was wonderful for drinking coffee, reading and watching families on their way to the beach. Parking - we were there off season (early September) and we always found on street free parking. Everything was so easy. Becky was super responsive if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Beach Perfection

Fantastic property, ideal location. A charming, well appointed apartment. Very clean. Interactions with host were prompt and friendly. Would recommend this place highly and if I'm ever in the Ocean City area again I wouldnt even bother shopping for another property. This gem fulfilled all our needs!

Very comfortable and well-appointed condo. Close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and dining. Enjoyed all condo had to offer - porch, living and kitchen area with nice bathroom and sizable bedrooms. Great rental experience with quick communication from manager. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

This apartment was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was very clean and was not lacking any amenities. Location couldn’t be better and Becky was very friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. We will definitely consider this apartment next time we visit OCNJ.
