ABOUT THE HOME
Built in 2020, Yes, Deer has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream and ready to meet your needs, whether that’s cooking in or simply using the Keurig for your morning coffee. There are also two porches, one with a hot tub, for you to enjoy!

With two spacious porches to enjoy, you can spend your time on the front porch enjoying seasonal views of the mountain range, or out back soaking in the 6 person hot tub. We have a gas grill and fire pit out back as well as outdoor furniture for lounging or dining. Located on a heavily wooded lot, Yes, Deer offers the perfect secluded setting for enjoying the peace and quiet of the outdoors.

We want you to feel right at home when you vacation with us. We offer 5G fiber internet, cable, a smart TV for streaming from your favorite apps, a dedicated work space, and so much more. All linens and toiletries are provided. We also have a Pack-N-Play and booster seat on site if needed for the littlest of guests.

LOCATION
Less than 2 miles to the slopes, Yes, Deer is nestled in the perfect location to enjoy all Beech Mountain has to offer. Local Beech Mountain restaurants and shops are all just a short drive away. It’s also just less than 7 miles to Banner Elk which offers an array of fantastic restaurants, a park, winery, brewery, and an awesome Alpaca farm (a family favorite!). But we understand if you never want to leave the house once you arrive. Grab a throw blanket and snuggle up by the fire or explore the vast woods and creek right outside the door if that is more your speed. We have plenty of board games and puzzles for guests to enjoy so please help yourself!

WEATHER
Ideal circumstances would be snow on the slopes and not on the roads, but please be prepared for snowy conditions. The Town of Beech Mountain does a wonderful job keeping the roads clear, but sometimes it can take time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to weather conditions. Since snow is part of the fun, we hope you take precautionary measures to ensure your safety when traveling.
