Nestled just two blocks from Oak Street Beach, this charming 2-story Cape Cod-style home offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and beachside beauty. With a large front porch that invites you to unwind, you'll feel at ease the moment you arrive.

Inside the Home:
Step into the open-concept main floor, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and a large dining area perfect for family meals. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials—pots, pans, dishes, and utensils—while the handmade dining table comfortably seats 7. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter.
A sliding patio door off the kitchen opens to a gorgeous screened-in porch with two ceiling fans, perfect for dining alfresco or simply relaxing. In the cooler months, gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings spent playing games or working on puzzles.

Ample parking is available in the driveway, and additional street parking is available in front of the house.

Only a two-block walk to Oak Street Beach, you can spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the pier to the lighthouse. The vibrant downtown South Haven is filled with specialty shops, local eateries, and wineries, offering endless options for relaxation and adventure.

Beach Gear: 10 folding beach chairs/bag chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach toys (shovels, buckets, etc.)
Water Activities: Kayak, paddle, life jacket
Convenience: Collapsible wagon for beach gear, 1 adult bike, 2 children's bikes
