Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the home’s furnishings, the beautiful views, and especially the Ohio State mural — it’s always fun to hear how much guests enjoy those special touches. Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. To clarify, in the U.S., a "twin bed" refers to a single bed, not two separate beds. However, to accommodate your needs, we promptly provided two air mattresses. Regarding the pool heater, we acknowledge the issue and issued a refund right away. Additionally, we responded to your initial email within a few days but did not receive any further communication from you. We always strive to address guest concerns as quickly as possible, and we regret any misunderstanding. If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss, feel free to reach out.

Thank you for staying with us!

Joshua, thank you so much for the perfect 10/10 review! We're absolutely thrilled you had such a great experience at Bayside Paradise Mansion. It means the world to us, and we'd love to welcome you back again soon!
