Sleeps 14 and conveniences include, free parking, WIFI, 2 living rooms, 1 game room with ping pong table & other games with a tread mill to work out, huge kitchen with all appliances and a dining area.
Game/Event Room with Treadmill and Ping Pong table. Fold up the Treadmill and Ping Pong Table, that converts to a conference hall with seating capacity of 50. Great for small group meetings or any small corporate product launch.
Half acre of hilly fenced backyard with veggie garden, sheep, chicken and dogs, entertaining our little guests as they see through windows from the bedrooms upstairs. Natural Spring water creek flowing through the front yard has a fish pond, as it cuts part of the property making an island. Artistic wooden bridge allows our little guests to cross over into the island and view / catch little fish / tadpoles.
Huge flat lawn in the backyard has been serving as a venue for many events from weddings to receptions, with great decorations outdoors.
Front lawn serves as an overflow parking for at least 50 cars.
Music city Nashville down town is just 15 min drive and Nashville International Airport is 20 min drive from the home. Have been hosting many groups of performers or attendees to many events in Nashville. Perfect getaway to stay away from hustle and bustle of Nashville downtown, but still close to many local restaurants and shopping.
