The condo was perfect. My daughters had their own beds which is a huge plus. The view is breathtaking. Love that the elevator is right at the door, easy load and unloading. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic place!! Looks over the Gulf and beach. The views are priceless. Spotless unit and the whole property is very clean and staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property.

Spring Break

This was our first time using Greta’s Rental and definitely will be back. Check-in was smooth and the condo was well maintained. This property was located away from the busy sections of PCB. The family enjoyed all of the amenities.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

20th floor, looked out directly at ocean with no obstruction. Condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. A plus to have 2 beach chairs on beach each day and more to use from condo, so didn’t take up car room for these items.

Retirement trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at the tropic winds 2005. The view was magnificent, facility was quiet and the amenities pool, sauna and hottub we're perfect! Would not hesitate at all to recommend any of the Greta Beach rental units.

March 2022 Stay

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. It was actually more spacious than it appeared in photos. The views and location were incredible. We also needed an extra parking pass and called Greta’s and Adam got us a pass that day. We will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Photo is from the balcony our first day and is unfiltered.

March 2021 Stay

What a great place! The unit is very nicely finished. The balcony has a great view and was a great way to enjoy morning coffee before hitting the beach. We loved the app. It had all the info we needed at our finger tips. Everything about this unit far exceeded our expectations and you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

A really nice place

The condo was clean, nicely updated with a well stocked kitchen. The photos are accurate. The 20th floor balcony is spacious with a slight overhang which allows partial shade throughout the day and has a great view of the ocean and beach below. The location sits between the more built up PB area to the east and quieter area west on Rte 30A. There is a Winn Dixie a few minutes away and several nice family restaurants nearby. Rosemary Beach is a short 15 min drive. Highly recommend this place. I would stay again.

The place was spotless when we arrived and beautifully furnished—it really felt like a true home away from home.Everything we needed was already there, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals as a family. The thoughtful extras really stood out too—having beach toys available made things so easy and fun for the kids.One of our favorite parts was winding down in the living room at night. The TV and soundbar setup was excellent—perfect for family movie nights or catching a game together after spending the day outside on the beach.The only minor downside for us was the parking setup. The included spot is outside and located right near the entrance to the parking garage, which caused a some anxiety when coming and going. That said, it was manageable and didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.Overall, this was a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy vacation setup!

Beautiful condo - quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elegant beach decor, fabulous kitchen with everything you need. The double Keurig was a pleasant surprise. Unit very clean and management company helpful to work with. Quiet end of beach with quick drive to stores, Pier Park, restaurants. The parking spot for this condo on-site is quite awkward and gets the fully Gulf sea spray and next to where all the vendors park, just outside of the covered parking deck - we eventually parked across the street in an overflow spot which was much better. The condo has beach chairs and all the toys so all you need is a swimsuit and towel. The condo and the owners attention to details more than made up for the minimal parking hassle. Games, books, movies, puzzles handy for those rainy beach days and more available in the HOA office.

April/May 2024 Stay

Lovely condo! Enjoyed the fabulous tv and all the streaming choices. The balcony was our favourite place to have our coffee in the mornings and watching the sunsets! Greta’s team was very responsive to our needs - changing burnt out light bulbs and fixing running toilets! We’ve been renting from Greta Beach Rentals for several years and have always had a wonderful time!

The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes, cookware, basic spices, utensils, and dish cloths and towels. There were plenty of bed and bath linens including beach towels. The reality is even better than the photos! Of course the view from the balcony along with its comfortable furniture was the #1 amenity for me. Having a beach chair/umbrella provided at no extra cost was very much lugging! we would happily stay here again.
