"Sandy Feet Retreat" is the ultimate family vacation home! Located in Shipwatch, a private gated beachfront community and is less than a minute walk to the private community beach. After a day on the Gulf of Mexico, you and your family can relax around the private pool or grill the fresh fish you just caught on the brand new extra large BBQ grill. Cruise to one of our great local restaurants in our gas powered 6 seat gas golf cart!

There is one parking space in the garage, two generous spaces in the driveway and overflow parking in the grassy area by the front gate as available.

Brand new kitchen! We have supplied the chef in your family with all the cooking appliances, including a large gas range, they may want in order to create a delicious meal for the whole gang! You can comfortably seat 8 at the large dinner table, 3 at the kitchen island, with additional seating for 4 at the game table in our cozy card room. The living area sectional is a great spot to watch the game on the 70" Smart TV or lounge with a good book! There is a second game room next to the living area and kitchen. This cool space is a great hang out area for the kids to play Foosball or adults to enjoy cocktail hour, plus it is the access point to the pool and BBQ area. We have a generous size pool, with chaise lounge chairs and deck seating. Our al fresca outdoor dining table seats six and has a great view of the pool and pond.

The second floor has a master suite that overlooks the pool and pond, complete with a new king bed, custom bedding, generous closet, and a large Smart TV. There is an en-suite master bathroom, with a large double sink vanity, walk in shower and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed with custom bedding, a custom built-in twin over twin bunk bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV. The bathroom is in the hall next to the entrance to the bedroom. The top floor is a fantastic bunkroom a great hang out for teens and kids! The custom bunk has two twin over full beds with a full trundle. This room sleeps 10 people very comfortably. It also has a 65" smart TV and room for plenty of games.

This home comes with two complimentary chairs and an umbrella on the beach! Please ask the beach attendant to set you up using the beach house name, "Sandy Feet Retreat"! Only available March 1 - October 31. In addition, there are several beach chairs in the garage to use.

The pool can be heated for $45/day.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
