Luxury 2 Bedroom Condo in Cabo walking distance to everything you need!

This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo that can be combined with the one next door for 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. It is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas. We are minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, and Cabo’s world famous nightlife and within 1-2 blocks to everything, you don't need to rent a car, just a taxi ride to and from the airport. We are located near the Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza, the largest mall and entertainment complex in Baja California, and only a block away from Medano Beach, the best beach in Cabo. Enjoy all of the water activities including wave runners, kayaks, swimming, parasailing or even a water taxi to Lovers' Beach. Or relax and enjoy a drink and the Baja sun in a lounge chairs at one of the many beach bars. If fishing is your favorite pastime, we are also located minutes form Cabo’s marina where world-class fishing tours are waiting for your arrival, or enjoy world-class golf at one of the many courses located in the Cabo area. Cabo is a safe and wonderful place to relax and take life a little slower, and let your stress melt away, or for those seeking adventure it’s just right around the corner.

The Condo complex amenities include a day spa, mini market, wireless internet by the pool and in our unit. Located in the lobby is Serranos Tequila and Wine, this is an excellent bar with amazing cuisine and ambience. The condo is situated to be comfortable for all our guests. There is a full size kitchen stocked with basic supplies for cooking as well as a supply of sheets and towels. A large dining room and big comfortable living room. There are large beds in the masters and two beds in the other bedrooms. There are 4 full baths, full kitchen, dining, living room and balcony.

Stayed at Marina Sol before love property , nice pool small restaurant, convenient location to town or beach. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and everything you might need in Kitchen…. Would definitely rebook this unit..

Amazing staff. would rate this place a 4/5, but Heather's helpfulness pushed it to a 5.

All in all, a great experience. Positives: Great location; nicely decorated. Nice view of the hills/mountains/pool/gardens. Amazing staff - Heather was very helpful and responsive. Pool, restaurants and bar were great. Negatives: Poorly stocked kitchen, so not ideal for anyone wanting to do most of their own cooking (knives were too dull for safe use, so ended up purchasing one), no coffee or coffee filters, virtually no cooking supplies (spices/condiments, etc.) so needed to purchase a lot. Pots lacking lids, making cooking things as simple as rice a challenge. No cleaning supplies (needed to purchase a broom to keep the sand under control). Noise: during our first night, the tenants above us were in full "spring break mode"; loud until 4am and constantly dragging wooden chairs across the tile floor, which kept the family awake). Thankfully had much better neighbors the rest of the trip.

Perfect location, wonderful property.

Our first time to Cabo and this property was perfect for us and we would definitely return and recommend. This condo is just a short, safe walk to the beach and to the bustling downtown area. We were not even joking when we were saying we felt safer here than in downtown Seattle. We didn't need to rent a car. We just took one Uber to the grocery store for supplies and the ride to and from the airport. There are wonderful restaurants right around the property as well. The condo itself was better than expected. We were on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a perfect size and the couch was very comfortable to sleep on. In the lobby is everything you need. A little market, bar, restaurant. There was 24/7 security. We were most grateful for Heather who made herself available with any questions about how the local area. She had wonderful suggestions and was incredibly helpful. Every time we walked by her office in the lobby, we had another question for her. It's so nice to have someone available who knows the area and you don't have to mess around with trying to figure things out for yourself. She got us a great deal on a van which was waiting downstairs to take us back to the airport. We had a fabulous 3 days over Christmas and would love to repeat it. Rent an umbrella on the beach for the entire day, swim in the beautiful warm water, take a water taxi ride out to Lover's beach, eat the best tacos at La Lupitas. Can't wait to return. This will me my go-to property when we return.

Very convenient and clean

Enjoyed property and Heather was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Close to beach and using Uber was better than taxis.

Great Location!

The perfect location! Only 2 blocks off the beach and short walk to downtown area. No need to get a cab. This was our first experience renting a VRBO. The unit was clean but did have a sewer smell every few days. We requested bleach and poured down the drains which took care of it. The food at the pool restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. They had the best breakfast special every day for $3.99! You can’t beat that in Cabo! We were surprised that only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom, but we had to stop at the store anyways & picked some up. Since this was our first time renting a VRBO; this could be standard... overall we loved it and would definitely return!!

Good family vacation location

We stayed in a second floor unit suitable for up to 6 people (king, double and a set of bunk beds). The beds were solid with good linens and the two bathrooms had plenty of towels. The unit was clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen had all the cooking tools needed with plenty of plates and cutlery. There were a couple of maintenance issues with our unit, but Ginny was actively working on getting them solved. Ginny took excellent care of us from start to finish and I hope to use her services in the future! She also prearranged (including payment) of our transportation to and from the airport; a great relief to us during our planning. There are two elevators, making life much easier for my mom who has a hard time on stairs. There is ramp from the street level to the reception area, but it is gated and locked most of the time. There is a wheelchair available most of the time, luggage storage in the reception area, a mini store, ATM machine, and spa. Excellent food and friendly staff at the poolside bar and grill. This is an excellent facility for families. Easy walking distance to the ocean and a number of good places to eat.

We stayed on the 6th floor condo for our first anniversary. The condo was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. On the first day we took a short walk to City Club, a Costco like store, and bought our supplies. We enjoyed everything about the condo and it truly is the best location for everything! I must point out that the bed is extremely comfortable! I want that bed! There is plenty of room in the condo, as well as on the balcony which has a pool view . Marina Sol is very nice and just a block from Medano Beach. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The food in the restaurant there is very good! There are also many other restaurants in the area to try. Explore and enjoy! All in all it was a wonderful trip and stay in this condo and we would not hesitate to book this condo again!

Relaxing Clean Safe Family Vacations

We stayed in a 2 bed unit it unit was clean and user friendly. My kids slept well in good beds We used the washer and dryer, the TVs were new large Flat screens in all rooms and easy to use and got good channels. Everything inside was in perfect working condition. Outside the pool area is where we spent most of our time. My kids enjoyed the pool . At night we walked to dinners at Edith’s, La Esquina and The Office. This was our 2nd time at Marina Sol and our first time at Cabo Gold Property's the difference was this unit was clean the sheets towels were high quality and NEW this owner takes care of the details . I am certain that we will be coming back again

Best Place in Cabo for Comfort and Value!

I have been coming to Cabo for 20 years and have stayed at many of the luxury resorts, but am thrilled to have found the Cabo Gold Properties' condos at Marina Sol which we returned to now for the second year in a row, and third year at the Marina Sol resort. This resort is in a great location only two blocks from the beach but on acres of land so there is a nice quiet feel away from the rowdiness of the beach and resorts. The large lawns and huge pool are great for kids and the adults -- it never is crowded and always possible to get a lounge chair which is not true at most resorts. Cabo Gold Properties have several units but we always stay in Building A on the 6th floor with great light and views of the lawn and pool below and the mountains in the distance. This year the units were completely madeover/remodeled with new sofas, coffee table, dining table, bunk beds and full bed, new paint and art on the walls in a very tasteful style. The kitchen was equipped with a large array of new dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils. They did a great job! Cabo Gold Properties made sure we were taken care of and the units they offer are the best I have seen in the building. Besides the spaciousness, great views and beautiful gardens, I like the clientele-mostly families and retired people/couples who are mellow. Street and drunken party noises are minimal. The pricing is very fair. There are a lot of on-site amenities such as convenience market, concierge, spa services, restaurant/bar which we do not really use, but it is nice to have them. The draw for us is the large rooms, great location and property, and reasonable pricing. Marina Sol is also very very clean and well maintained, and has been newly repainted, re-roofed and replanted since the hurricane.

This property is great I brought my employes to fish we only fished 2 days because of a storm. So we just hung out in the condos and the condos were just remodeled with new beds to die for And very nice sheets, pillows, towels, flat screen tvs, new furniture it was very comfortable! I learned the owner owns lots of units including most of the 6 floor which is where we stayed so we took 4 condos there to keep the group together. They were there remodeling their units. During the storm they dropped extra water off to us and put beer in the fridge and they arranged to pick us up and dropped us off at the airport We love cabo gold properties and will be back again and again !!! Thank you

Nice Place Great Fishing

We wanted a place where we could stretch out and cook our catch at the end of the day. This was perfect. The booking process was easy, owners were nice and pleasant, price couldn't be beat for the roomy condos. We will stay here every time we fish in Cabo!

Wonderful New Year's

This was a great place to stay, but we suggest booking early as we only got it because of a cancellation. Cabo is full during this time of year, we have already booked our unit for the upcoming winter. The owners are friendly and responsive and provide a high level of service. The units are large, especially for the price compared to hotels. Great view from the condo, elevator was nice to have. Great place!!!

Great place to stay!!

Great location for the price we were close to everything and the complex is friendly and secure. The unit was great for the price with excellent views of the surrounding city and pool and courtyard. We had plenty of room for our family and friends and will book it again as we come here on a regular basis. We also appreciated English speaking booking agents and their excellent service.
