Located on top floor of the "E" Building you will find this walk up 2 bedroom 2 bath unit featuring a colorful Hacienda decor that lets you know you've arrived at the perfect place to relax and unwind in always sunny Cabo!

The residence features an open kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and is equipped with an abundant supply of the essentials in case you like to cook in. A water filtration system supplies the unit and there is an additional ice maker to cover any desire for blended drinks or a cooler fill up to take fishing. There are flat screen TVs in the main living room, both bedrooms and complimentary in unit Wifi. Retracting glass sliders open onto the front balcony and welcome the outside in. A built in BBQ and outdoor seating make this the perfect spot to grill and enjoy the fish you caught, have morning coffee or enjoying the twinkling lights of the city off in the distance while enjoying an evening night cap. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer should you need it or relax and simply drop your laundry off to be done. Your options are endless here.

The Marina Sol activities center provides access to complimentary ping pong and billiards. Poolside beverages, meals and room service are all available from the on site Tres Amigas restaurant. The property also offers a mini market, spa and salon. The pool is designed to swim laps, simply wade about or enjoy a beverage at the swim up bar - poolside lounge chairs are plentiful.

The Marina Sol complex is literally in the "heart" of all that Cabo has to offer. Located just a short walk from the famous Medano Beach, you can walk, swim, people watch or just take in the view of Lover's Beach. Elly the concierge is always happy to assist with booking any of the many water sport activities available, transportation, or dining reservations. The beautiful marina with its many restaurants, awesome fishing charters, great shopping and fun night life is also just blocks away. The complex is within walking distance to amazing restaurants including The Office, Bar Esquina, Mango Deck, Edith's and many, many more.

Great and close to everything!

We stayed here for a wedding in CABO and thought everything was wonderful! The pool was great with a little restaurant/bar right there when you needed something thirsty to drink! Easy access in and out of the place. Tons of cute places to eat around.We really enjoyed it!

Excellent place to stay

The condo was wonderful. Within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, and all the hot spots. Jenae was great to work with and gave us suggestions on places to check out. Elly at the concierge desk es amazing and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Perfect location - Perfect Condo

We were there for a fishing trip. This place is super close to the Marina which made our early morning excursions really convenient. The condo is beautiful, quiet and has a really nice pool and bar area to relax after a day on the water. The fast WiFi and Netflix was a plus also. We recommend it!

Great Location, Well Stocked/Furnished Unit

Great condo, perfect for 2 couples. One thing I thought was unique about this condo complex was the fact that all the other vacationers seemed to be regulars and/or owners, and were super friendly. The actual unit itself was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal and relax while on vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very comfortable

The condo is even better than the pics. My family of four had plenty of space and we walked everywhere. Restaurants nearby were excellent. We enjoyed Gardenias twice and La Lupita twice. Loved the nearby Bar Esquina coffee shop. Be sure to use the gate card for the back entrance--much closer to beach and restaurants. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi with the very responsive and delicious in-house restaurant.

Best customer service!

We’ve stayed at Marina Sol in the past, but this was our best rental experience for sure! The condo owner was quick to answer every question, flexible and knowledgable. The condo was well appointed and spacious enough for our group. We had a great experience also with Marina Sol staff - the pizza from the pizza oven was a big hit with our group!

Our first host cancelled on us last minute before we left, it was a horrible experience . The only positive that came out of rebooking through vrbo was our second hostess Jenae. She really came through for us and we cannot thank her enough.

Fantastic Unit for a Fantastic Vacation

To begin, the unit was immaculate, just as advertised and more. Spacious and very well appointed, it instantly invited us to relax and enjoy. The unit had fast WiFi and netflix on the TV's so time in the unit was well spent too. The complex is perfectly located in walking distance to everything that matters...ie: fishing, the beach, the best restaurants, upscale shopping and the pool is gorgeous. I would recommend it to anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy Cabo San Lucas.

Great Spot

This property was so clean. The vaulted ceilings provide a greater sense of space. The kitchen is has everything you could possible need, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, filters and a lime squeezer ( Very important when you're on vacation). This location is within walking distance of the marina, Medano beach (the most happening beach in Cabo), all the best restaurants in town and my favorite taco spot, Gardenias. Will definitely request to stay in Jenae's place again in the future. LOVED IT!

Great place, great location

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days in January, which of course is a beautiful time to be in Cabo san Lucas. I agree with the previous poster who said that the condo is nicer than the pictures appear. Very clean and comfortable. We would have had plenty of room for another couple too. The location is great - close to the marina and beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Nice pool area, populated mostly by retirees so there were no loud parties to contend with (perhaps a drawback if loud parties are what you are looking for in Cabo). Jenae was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location.

Nice condo located close to everything. Medano beach, the marina, great restaurants and the nightlife on the strip. Lots of storage space, fairly well equipped, well stocked, new appliances and a great view. The onsite restaurant is great after a long travel day. The grounds are very well maintained along with the pool. The host is super responsive and a sweetheart to deal with. The condo reflects the architecture of the mid eighties haciendas, can be hot at times, but plenty of AC units. A bit of street noise but not too bad. The stairs can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. But overall would definatly recommend this condo for you stay in Cabo.

Excellent!

I booked this property with limited/no real knowledge of Cabo and I couldn’t have chosen a better location. Walk to anything and everything you need! Restaurants. Bars. Groceries. Shops. Marina. Beach. The property itself is extremely well maintained with someone always cleaning, gardening etc. having the restaurant/bar on site was a huge bonus when we were too lazy to go out or cook. The condo is well appointed and I’d say with more than sufficient amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with some spices, oils etc. my only suggestion would be if possible the lighting be switched out with brighter, perhaps LED lights….and I’m not even complaining about that LOL. We would definitely come back!

Epic condo in an epic location!!

Highly recommend! This condo is located in the heart of it all. Location location location!! We loved the quaint resort and the quiet feel of it all. We loved walking to absolutely everything in town and feeling so connected to all the activities and nightlife. The beach is a short walk. Cabo Wabo was a short walk and of course Gardenias with the best ceviche and fish and shrimp tacos ever!! Just outside the back gate is another slew of restaurants just steps away. The condo itself was gorgeous and comfortable and we literally squealed with excitement when we opened the door for the first time. Everyone at the resort is nice. Staff was wonderful. Make sure you get a deep tissue massage in the front lobby, it's cheap and wonderful! Owners and managers are absolutely wonderful people and allowed us to stay a tiny bit late due to our flight being bumped later. Cannot stress enough how wonderful it was. We also appreciated the ample supply of cooking spices and oils and bathroom essentials. Perfect experience!! The condo was so relaxing and had all the comforts of home. Well done guys!!

My husband and I have been traveling to Cabo for more than 20 years now. We purchased a condo at the Marina Sol many years ago and purchased this unit to accommodate our family's growing needs. The Marina Sol offers a relaxed, warm and friendly environment unlike the larger more commercial resorts. The staff is courteous and welcoming.

While the Marina Sol is situated in the heart of Cabo amongst the other large resorts, there is a sense of calm that comes over you when arriving on the property. Large lawns have provided open space for our now grown children to wander and play on over the years. World class dining, the best little taco shop, marina, shopping and of course Medano Beach are all just a 5 minute walk.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Marina Sol is a complex of privately owned condominiums. Five separate buildings encircled a secure interior courtyard, pool, activities center and the Tres Amigas restaurant. Located on the lower floor of the "A" tower are a mini market, Serranos Bar, and, the Spa and Salon. Since each unit is personally owned - the decor varies and is reflective of the individual owner's taste, no two alike.
