Our seasonal amenities should keep you and the whole family entertained, with beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. There’s plenty to do indoors as well! Check out the fitness facility, select some complimentary DVD rentals, and swing by the gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, beach apparel, and mementos.  With over 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, keep SunDestin in mind for hosting large events, like weddings, family reunions, and business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax in the cozy living room, on the balcony in the open air, or at the dining table with seating for four. No matter your location in the open concept living/dining area, enjoy beautiful views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare meals or snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. When it’s time to retire, snuggle up in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa with flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.



You’ll find Destin is distinguished by a fresh, seasonal, and locally inspired philosophy celebrating the bounty of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House & Steamer or Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, both with expansive views and amazing local fare, just five minutes away from property!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
