Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room, and select from complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. Browse the lobby gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, and beach apparel. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it well-suited for large professional and personal functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



Get ready for a relaxing stay at SunDestin Unit 1003. You’ll find the perfect home away from home in this gorgeous one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Filled with beautiful furnishings and beachy decor, this restful retreat has something for everyone! Prepare full-blown meals, fancy hors devours, or simple snacks in the fully appointed, spacious kitchen. Lounge in the open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for all. Savor breathtaking views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Awake renewed after a restful night’s sleep on either the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



If you enjoy shopping, check out Destin Commons, an outdoor lifestyle center packed with restaurants and boutiques just ten minutes away! In addition to popular stores for men, women and children, the mall comes complete with a movie theater showing the latest releases.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
