Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Get ready for a relaxing stay at SunDestin Unit 1003. You’ll find the perfect home away from home in this gorgeous one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Filled with beautiful furnishings and beachy decor, this restful retreat has something for everyone! Prepare full-blown meals, fancy hors devours, or simple snacks in the fully-appointed, spacious kitchen. Lounge in the open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for all. Savor breathtaking views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Awake renewed after a restful night’s sleep on either the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
