We take great care of our unit. Seasonal rental available, reservations are not guaranteed until the final confirmation email has been received from unit owner. Minimum rental of 45 days, includes utilities. There is a background check that you do through the condo association for $150 and the Florida state tourist tax on all rentals is collected through VRBO in addition to the nightly rental.
