If you take your eyes off of the ocean, you will enjoy watching the deer play in the yard below or the frequent visits from the resident hawk each day. The Space:
This home is a stunning, third-floor condo with three bedrooms and two baths on Caswell Beach at Oak Island. Sorry no elevator available. The space has recently been upgraded (2020) with granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, LVP flooring, new cabinets, and bedding. It features a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on the bottom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's. The living room features spectacular views of the ocean, a TV with cable, a DVD player, and Netflix. For those who may need to bring the office with them on vacation, we have a convenient folding desk and chair to utilize. High-speed internet WIFI is included. To make your stay as stress-free and easy as possible, we have included most condiments you would need, including coffee and tea.

For extra enjoyment, we have a selection of movies, books, and games available. We are very kid-friendly and have a large collection of toys, coloring books, crayons, and items to baby-proof for those tiny ones. There is a pack and play available for infants and toddlers as well. Need bath towels and linens? No problem, linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

Guests have access to the entire condo, along with the outside area where we have an outdoor shower and hose to clean off after the beach.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more; the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
