COMPLETE VACATION RENTAL! 2bed/2 bath-1 block from beach. Private pool (heated for small fee), beach bikes included. Linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & toys included. ***Bring your family and your flip-flops!!

Master has Queen and full bath, Guest has #2 twins, another full bath and Twin Trundle in family room. #3 T.V.`s/ cable/WIFI. COVID cleaning in place.

This is a private home with a fully fenced backyard. Guests have access to all areas, and no one else resides there.

I live in the neighborhood. I am happy to recommend restaurants/attractions but the home has keyless entry and guests wont see me unless they ask.

The street is a short “dead-end” street with no through traffic. It is in a quiet neighborhood, 7 houses from the white sandy beach!

Restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and the pier are within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Downtown is also quick and easy to get to. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Owner was responsive when we reached out with questions. We would stay here again for sure! Can’t beat relaxing by the private pool, taking walks on beach and having dinner at a local seafood restaurant.

The walk in shower had black hair on the floor.and mildew around grout. We were not able to access the front door with the lcode. The towels were awesome.

Vacation 2024

We enjoyed our stay at sea turtle cottage very much. Great for families. Great for pets. Location to the beach and many restaurants was great. We would definitely stay here again. St. Augustine Beach a great place to vacation.

Wonderful Vacation

We went on a wonderful family vacation. Our two dogs loved the yard. We loved the pool. Nice walking distance to the beach. The house was beautiful.

Perfect getaway spot

The Sea Turtle Cottage was the perfect spot for our St Augustine vacation! The proximity to the beach, restaurants and historic city was ideal. The house was very clean, well furnished and just the right size for our family of 4 (and pup). Our kids loved the pool and the included toys/floaties. The streaming services hooked up were also much appreciated. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyable Atmosphere Right Next to the Beach

Weekend getaway

Adorable place to stay especially if you have pets that travel with you. Fenced in yard and pool. Walking distance to the beach. Publix a mile away from location, 2 minutes to a coffee shop and lots of restaurants nearby and not far to historic St. Augustine. Host communicated well with anything that the guest may need to know prior to check in. For example, there was bad storm that hit the night before our arrival and informed us that they accessed the property to see if there was any issues. Fortunately, there was no damage just debris. The host answers messages, questions or concerns in a timely matter. I would recommend this property for your next trip to beautiful St. Augustine!

Perfect beach house!

We couldn’t have loved the house more. The pool, distance to everything and the house itself. It had everything we could have needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We all had a great time and we will be back!

Weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little home. It was great location close by everything we wanted to do. Close to the center if at Augustine. Walking distance to the beach. Wonder backyard with pool. We would def stay again. Debbie was a fantastic host.

Quaint spot in St Augustine

This was a great little home that was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Debbie as a host is very responsive and helpful. If you need anything at all, she will be quick to respond and help. The pool is a nice touch and can be heated. The house was equipped with the right amt so you don’t have to travel with much to include beach towels and a few buckets and shovels for kids.

Awesome location

Great location, for shopping , restaurants, and beach everything was literally a short walk. The house was perfect, had everything that was advertised and more. Loved the pool with the outside stereo system that works with any bluetooth device. Debbie was a great host, answered questions quickly and even supplied us with a full propane tank when I asked her where we could swap it out. This was definitely a 5 star vacation for us and we can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was the Perfect Beach Cottage. Me and my bestie along with my fur baby enjoyed this prime location right off of A1A. The house had absolutely everything you could possible need for your stay including a trip to the beach which is right across A1A or a swim in the gorgeous in ground pool located in the privacy fenced in back yard. Restaurants and other shops are within walking distance or you also have access to some bikes if you like. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are talking about planning another trip soon. Thank you Debbie!

Expected a little more

i will start with the positives. cause that list is a lot shorter. The location of the house was perfect. Everything was close by. However, i felt for the amount of money of the house, it really fell short. The towels were all old and stained. the bedding was also really old and cheap. The appliances were old including the washer and dryer and really need rot be replaced. There were no cleaning supplies left, no saran wrap or foil or things you would think i would be there. The pool was a mini pool. The blow dryer was broken. Debbie did send a new one but didn’t come until after i needed to dry my hair twice; She also did not answer when i called her because there was bugs all over the windows by the bathtub. we all shared one bathroom the entire time because of the bugs. Debbie did send someone to spray who came by surprise because i wasn’t told that they were sending someone. For the price per night, I would think there would be a little nicer. i’ve rented plenty of VRBOs before and this one was the worst. Definitely felt a lack of care by the owner for the property. lastly the day before i was set to arrive, Debbie hadn’t even sent me the address i had to ask her for it.

Just what we needed

This was the trip we needed. I booked the house months ago and the down time came at the perfect time for both of us. We had not been to St. Augustine Beach before and it was a treat. So many places to walk to for food and things. Publix is very short drive to stock up on needs. Everything needed for the stay is available except what you want to eat or drink. I would recommend bottled water. It's not terrible beach water, but you will find bottled more refreshing. We loved floating in the pool. Our dog loved seeking out lizards in the yard. Debbie responded so quickly to any question I had. She is on top of everything. I recommend Sea Turtle Cottage for a quiet, unhurried break from the norm of most beach locations.

What a location!

This home was booked as a last minute idea to host a birthday party for my teenager. The idea was to have a relaxing and easy time with a cozy place to have an old fashion slumber party. It was perfect! The instructions were clear, the home was clean and SO STOCKED with everything you need for a perfect time at the beach. I would love to stay here again. So close to all the fun stuff that St. Augustine has to offer and surrounded by quiet neighbors. Walking to the beach was a breeze. I would recommended this place over and over again.

Can't wait to come back!

Perfect vacation house for our family of four. Great location - even closer to the beach than we realized. LOVED the backyard pool set up - made it hard to want to leave the house! Easy walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops. Short drive to the nearby Publix. Great stay and can't wait to come back!

I've made this property the perfect little beach get-away. It is fully furnished with everything you need: clean linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach! I also include bikes, each has it's own lock. The pool is brand new and can be heated in the winter for a fee. Plus a BBQ grill out back, fruit trees, and a blue tooth sound system to play your favorite music.

10th street is a short dead-end street. The beach is a 2 min walk, on the non-driving section of the beach. Close to everything- it's a perfect location!
