We've stayed in a number of places in the St. Augustine area, and I almost hate to tell the truth and give up this gem. Everything is set up for you to have an easy and enjoyable stay. Easy in and easy out with clear instructions on everything you need. Donna is a first-class host, and we enjoy every stay at your home. Thanks again and we will see you soon!

We had a phenomenal week! The house was clean and perfect. The pool was absolutely amazing and clutch for the family. We had great weather and were able to sit on the dock and see sea turtles almost nightly. Absolutely will be back. Donna was an amazing host and her communication was stellar.

Overall, we had a great time at this house. The pool and the back yard was the place to be for our family. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. The size of the pool was great too! We have teen boys that swam easily in the pool. It is a little further out of the way from a lot things than we thought, but it was a nice quiet neighborhood. We made the best if it and found a lot of fun things to do. Since this is a pet friendly house (which we knew when renting it for the week) there were still remnants of dog hair throughout. Donna was quick and professional in all her replies and very helpful with all the questions we asked. She is a good host.

Wonderful home for relaxing

Really enjoyed staying here. After a day at the beach or visiting St Augustine being able to come back to our home away from home and relax in the hot tub and pool was a perfect end to the day. Very clean and dog friendly was a big plus for us.

We were in town for a wedding, and stayed 8 nights. First thing noticed upon entering the house was how immaculate and clean it was. The beach decor was bright and cheerful. The outdoor pool was warm and crystal clear. We hosted a small Easter brunch. The house was fully loaded with everything you need and more. Donna was responsive to our texts, questions and easy to communicate with. We brought our 2 year old Pomeranian, the layout of the house and yard was as perfect for our little guy.. The area is quiet and serene, giving Tommy the full vacation experience he needed as well. The weather wasn’t as good as we had anticipated and a few of our excursions were cancelled and reschedule dropping . Donna provided a late check out for us, so we could attend those rescheduled excursions. We definitely plan on returning

I clean each and every time with the cleaning girl which helps keep home updated and extra special and clean. The hot tub is always drained and refilled between each booking which is something I like to do for my guests. I’m sure you felt at home with all the personal touches. Nice stay, good location

Pool & hot tub very relaxing, canal pretty at night when the various docks have lights on, close to Crescent Beach, and easy access to everything.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. This is a very special vacation home that everyone loves and has the best time ever. I take great pride in keeping it clean and updated. Also, fun things to do with kayaks and bikes in your own garage ready for you whenever the moment is right. No need to rent or have a time limit. Wonderful peaceful setting with heated pool and hot tub with views of the waterway. Bring your boat and dock outback on the 14x20ft floating dock. Thanks for leaving home so nice and was great to meet you. Glad you had an excellent vacation! Thank you and hope to see you again.

Wonderful property

We loved at stay at this house. It was very clean and well furnished and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part was the wonderful outdoor area with the pool and covered patio, but it was a bit cold to use as much as we would have liked.

Spring Vacation

Very clean, just as described. My husband says the only thing that could have been better was his luck at fishing, lol.

St Augustine Beach House

The home was lovely. Outstanding layout and floor plan in immaculate condition. Only 1 mile from Crescent Beach and easy drive into the historic area.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. The pride of ownership shows! I have put my heart and soul into this home. The beautiful heated pool and views of water are so relaxing. Boat dock in your back yard if you choose to bring your boat. The kayaks and bikes are fun to have right there in your garage, for when you want them. Just a short bike ride to the beach. Since I clean with the same cleaning girl, I’ve had for years, everything is super clean and of high quality. What more could you want? Thanks again for keeping your special home so nice!

Family Vacation

This is the second time we stayed at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation once again. The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and located close to the beach. It's also just a short drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

St Augustine beach vacation

The house and outdoor patio were perfect for our kids. Plus they had all the beach equipment we needed and kayaks to explore the canals. House was clean and appliances top end. Very nice place to stay

Great getaway

Perfect getaway for St. Augustine area. Short drive to the beach with access to intercostal waterway. House was well maintained and had everything we needed from kitchen tools to beach accessories. We would stay here again.

Very nice, clean and comfortable

The outside area with new pool, large covered sitting area plus a nice hot tub makes this home a perfect vacation stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The entrance to Crecent Beach that is accessible for on beach driving is less than a mile away and we loved being able to drive up, with our stuff was wonderful. Highly recommend this home.

Great place to stay!

Place was very clean. Pool and hot tub were great. My son and I caught fish from the dock. Plenty of room for my wife, son and extended family. Had a great time here and will definitely book again.

Lovely waterfront home near the beach.

Beautifully decorated house with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Outstanding poolside patio. Donna is very helpful and her suggestions on restaurants in the area were great.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. Happy to hear you loved your vacation home and enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool/patio area. It is so nice to grill steaks on the Weber grill, under the large covered patio, by the pool/hot tub, while you watch the outside TV or watch the fish jumping on the waterway. Hope you got a chance to go kayaking too! Also, many great restaurants in this town and the Historic District is great with so many things to do. Hope to see you again.
