Modern Four Bedroom Oceanfront House in the heart of St Augustine Beach. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, smart tvs and each with their own bathroom. Pull out queen sofas in both living rooms with smart tv's. Open layout with well equipped kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the ocean. Room for three vehicles, four creatively. One mile to Publix. Five restaurants within 50 yards of the house. Plenty of outdoor furniture, Weber gas grill, and lots of extras not listed. Upper deck added in Feb 24 with outdoor dinning for 12, Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. Lower deck still has two tables and ten chairs.

Great location if want to be in the middle of what’s happening at the beach. Rarely got in our cars. Well stocked kitchen…pots, pans, spices, all kinds of utensils, we lacked for almost nothing while cooking. Everyone cooks in my family so lots of room for too many chefs!

This place is awesome. Pictures don't do it justice. It's lovely and spacious. And, pet friendly. We had 8 people to celebrate my 70th birthday and my granddog. It was perfect. Restaurant right next door called Beachcomber's. Although I wasn't impressed w/the quality of the food. It was convenient.The host was gracious and accommodating.I would love to return. I highly recommend.
My granddaughter, so excited for our mini vacay. She wanted to live here forever.

Beautiful house. The best location at the beach. Very spacious. A lot of dishes and very well equipped kitchen. I was vacationing in st Augustine for many years and this is the first time that I didn’t have to buy anything extra. I really recommend this house.

This house is very nice - well equipped , clean, and in a great location right on the beach! Parking is a bit challenging with multiple cars but we managed. Communication with the owner was excellent. The restaurant right across the street was convenient and very good. We plan on staying here again and highly recommend it.

The images do not do this house justice. It had incredible views, generous accommodations, and was beautiful. We will be renting it again. It completely exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Stay

This house was beautiful inside and out and prime location to the beach and the bars right across the street. The house was immaculate when we arrived and they have really put a lot of thought into having everything someone could need during their stay, especially in the kitchen. We had the best time and can't wait to book it again in the future!

St Augustine Beaxh Beach House Stay

Our stay here was phenomenal. Great communication with the property manager from the get go. Beds were comfortable and the amenities great. We were sad to go but hope to stay in this exact house next spring when Widespread Panic comes back to town.

Why pay a cleaning fee

Pros;Beautiful home and great locationCons;8 complete towel sets though home accommodates 121 bathroom had extra toilet paper.Bring your bath soap/gel (provided shampoo, conditioner & lotion)Thermostats very hard to set-woke up freezing a couple of nights.No warnings about Snakes in sand dunes! Never have I ever been asked to sweep the floor upon check out!Sofa/love seat was very stained.

Great location, needs a deep clean

We had good communication with the host. It is a very spacious home and great location. The steps going up to the main living area are pitched at a steep angle and not the easiest to go up and down. There were closet doors off their hinges, the inside shutters need some attention. The living room sofa was noticeably needing a deep clean too. I think if the owner spent a little bit a time On some important details would help it shine a lot better. The shower and sink in the upstairs bathroom were clogged too. I like the location but would choose a different home on VRBO next time.

Awesome Location!!!

Booked this place on short notice after being cancelled 2 other places due to a hurricane. It was great! This is a beautiful house with so much space and all the comforts of home. The check in/out process was no hassle and everything was as advertised. The house itself is within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and literally within a 15 minute drive to all the St. Augustine tourist attractions. The house is right next to public beach access and across the road from beachcombers so it's a little busy in that area. I could see it being distracting during peak season, but since we were there during the off season, it was perfectly tolerable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful peoperty

We loved the location and convenience. It was just a very short walk to the beach so we could go back and forth all day. And we had a beautiful view from the top deck. Loved that it was just down the street from our favorite place to eat. a1A burrito but the beachcomber was right across the street and it became one of our favs as well. Loved the kitchen and it had all The cookware etc we needed and all the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Great location

We love St Augustine Beach and enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to walk to dinner each night. The beds need some attention. They are very hard. A pillow topper cover would be a big improvement.

Absolutely Beautiful Place to Stay!

The house was so wonderful! It had the perfect view & location couldn’t get any better! We loved being able to walk next door to Beachcombers for food! Only complaint would be the stairs. We didn’t realize the slope of the airs so our elderly parents were confined to the downstairs & missed out on the best views.

BEST Family Property in St. Augustine, FL!!

This property is a STANDOUT! After 10+ years of using VRBO for our family vacations, this is the one that we plan to return to next year. The location is EVERYTHING! You are right on the beach! Views are amazing! There's FIVE great little restaurants within walking distance. But, there is NO NOISE at all from local eateries! (even on Memorial Day!) An entrance to drive onto the beach is beside the property, but again, there was ZERO noise or issues from that too! The property is 2-story with a single flight of stairs. Two master bedrooms were so nice to have, and there were plenty of beds for the kids too - they even had their own little gathering area with TV! The upstairs is open, inviting, clean and well-maintained. It was the most complete and well-stocked pantry we have ever experienced with VRBO! The little outdoor shower/foot wash was such a convenience after we spent a day on the beach. Parking was easy - plenty of room for our 3 large vehicles. The upstairs deck is brand new with plenty of seating. We spent every breakfast and evening enjoying the view and beach breeze. The sights and shopping of downtown St. Augustine were just minutes away. Rental was super easy and owner communication was prompt and so very kind :) I can't say enough good things about our experience with this property. We can't wait to go BACK! LoL

Great Beach House Experience

Great location for beach access. Beautiful new deck with plenty of room for lounging. Stocked with supplies and appliances and very clean. Two great master bedroom suites with two extra bedrooms made it easy for three couples to share the house. Hope to be back some day!

Christmas in St Augustine

Great location maybe the best on the beach. Everything worked , but is in serious need of updating / maintenance. The beds are marginal at best , most if not all faucets are falling apart or loose . Most cabinets need a screw tightened. It sound like we had a bad . We did not we had a great Christmas. With a weeks worth of work this could be a luxury rental , but as it sits it seems the owner doesn’t care.

Exceptional get-away!

We loved 1 A Street! The house was lovely, and the views were excellent. We were so close to everything we wanted to see. The only thing I don't remember seeing in the advertisement of the house was the number of steps to the main floor. We are 60's and 70's and managed fine this trip but would need to know info like this in the future. One other suggestion: I wanted to make a gallon of tea but couldn't find a pitcher! It would be nice to have one there; the kitchen was very well stocked otherwise. We would definitely book here again. Thanks!

Beautiful Property

You can't beat the beach view from the upstairs kitchen. Beach, porch, and dining room seating for parties of 10 worked great for our large group. The property could use a good deep cleaning but it is lovely.
