This high-rise condo in the Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach, offering great views of the Gulf of Mexico from both inside and outside on the balcony. Here on the luxurious west side of town, you'll be just three-quarters of a mile from Pier Park, a renowned outdoor complex that's home to 124 stores and restaurants including Margaritaville, Target, Walmart, Longhorn Steakhouse, Dusty’s Oyster Bar, etc. Take a stroll or fish out on the 1500-foot Russell-Fields Pier. Jump on the supersized Skywheel, or take a sunset helicopter ride. For family-friendly fun, check out the slides at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just four miles from your front door. Spend your days lounging on the 600-foot private beach (with seasonal chair/umbrella service included), swimming in two outdoor pools with hot tubs, the heated indoor pool, or Roman Spa indoor hot tub, and enjoying the use of a theater, a game room, and a huge 4,300-square-foot fitness center overlooking the beach, with a steam room and sauna. You'll be just a few steps from a Starbucks and Waves Bar & Grill, both of which are on the resort grounds. Pick up delicious frozen drinks at the seasonal poolside Tiki bar at the east pool!

A huge 71” 4K TV in the living room with Hi-Definition cable service plus six channels of Free HBO and DVDs in each bedroom will keep everyone entertained. A small owner-provided DVD library is also available to supplement the free resort DVD service. The full kitchen is well-appointed with an all-new matching stainless-steel Samsung side-by-side refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. All new modern appliances and cookware and plenty of storage in the oversized walk-in pantry will make any recipe a breeze. Serve the family directly over the expansive granite counter and breakfast bar. A separate round glass-top dining table is also furnished. Plus, beautiful new wall-to-wall velvety carpeting is in the living room and both bedrooms. Massive nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings throughout create an airy ambiance. Dine on your very own private balcony equipped with new plush comfortable furniture, while viewing the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Wake up in the huge king-sized sleigh bed in a fantastic primary bedroom with large bay windows viewing 25+ miles of gorgeous gulf beaches from horizon to horizon. Both sunrises and sunsets over the emerald ocean can be viewed from here or go through the separate sliding glass doors to the balcony. Such clear ocean water that dolphins, mantas, and schools of fish are commonly seen. The primary bedroom also has a large walk-in closet to stow away luggage and clothes, a walk-in shower with deluxe showerheads, and a large two-person bathtub. The second bedroom has its own bathtub/shower and a deluxe showerhead. This is the largest full two-bedroom design at Tidewater Resort, with over 1,500 square feet of space! It has been professionally decorated with beachy seashells decor. New tropical “leaf” ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms will keep everyone cool. The guest bedroom has two large queen-sized beds.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 23.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
