Rest easy in our revamped double bed room featuring brand-new beds for a dreamy night's sleep, and step outside to unwind on our chic new patio set. Comfort and style meet at every turn! In addition you will enjoy the renovated kitchen that includes a spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to two spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfect location with just a short walk to all of Rehoboth's restaurants, shopping and two parks/playgrounds. There is a a community saltwater pool and the unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces and 1 City of Rehoboth parking permit. Enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer at this amazing location.

This is a non smoking unit.

Pet friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet, Dogs only up to 60lbs- 2 dog max.

NOTE: This property has a spiral staircase that leads to the 2nd floor bedrooms that might not be suitable for some individuals.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $153.50.

Bedding- Second floor- 1 Queen, 2 Doubles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

great location right next to the pool well equipped.plenty of noodles and beach equipment, though we brought are own. Have stayed in other properties in this complex and can't recommend it enough.

Check in was easy. Overall condition of condo is fair. Only complaint would be the upstairs floors were pretty dirty. Quit a bit of visible, I am assuming dog fur in the hallways and master bedroom. We ran the vacuum and it made a noticeable difference. The house appliance worked great and bathrooms we’re in good shape. The pool was in great condition.

Best location in Rehobeth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this unit. Next to the pool and easy to get to everything! Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Lots of space for our bikes and extra parking pass for street parking.

I’ve been visiting Rehoboth Beach for over 3 decades. We decided to go on a beach vacation last minute and found this gem.The condo was the perfect size for our 3 ppl and 2 dogs group. The first floor has a kitchen, family room and powder room. There is a spiral staircase that my preteen really liked. Our small dog could only go up; she barked for us to carry her down. There are 2 bedrooms each with an attached full bath and the washer and dryer upstairs.We enjoyed having the pool across the parking lot. There were nice areas in between the condo building with grass areas for the dogs.The condo is about 3 blocks from the beach. There is a cut through the bank parking lot that is next to the condo area. Once you cut through the parking lot you are on the main drag of shops.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented several times over the years. Normally, I give an excellent review. This time, however, I truly feel as though a little money should be spent to upgrade minor things, Namely, exterior welcome mat, interior area mat at front door, new outdoor gathering set (very rusted) and simple new bedding (been the same since we started renting there in 2015.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. It’s nicely updated. Unfortunately, a few things detracted from the experience. The unit was not very clean. My wife made the mistake of sitting on the bedroom floor and was covered with dog hair when she stood up. The sofa had a strong dog odor. It’s not a good place to sleep because the mattress in the master is very cheap and uncomfortable. It is an end unit which in theory should be an upgrade but the bedroom window is right next to the very loud HVAC equipment at a restaurant.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property worked well for us. The location was perfect for the Rehoboth commercial area and for the beach. The property was spacious and easy to get around. A few things might be improved: the two double beds badly need new mattresses (the current ones are soft and lumpy); complimentary coffee would be a nice touch (this is the first vacation rental I've been at that was without coffee); and all property owners might consider opening the pool earlier in the morning - there is no lifeguard anyway. Last, one in my family had a bad allergic reaction to something. If it was the owners' cats, they should either not bring them to the property or they should foreworn potential renters.

Perfect week

We’ve stayed in the Scarborough condos before and knew what to expect. The location of this one is great since it’s right by the pool and a little more private being on the end. The parking pass for the week is an excellent added bonus so you can park on the permit parking streets as I think the beach is too far to walk to with chairs, etc. The condo is in perfect location for our teens for shopping on Rehoboth Ave. and the boardwalk. The house had everything we needed. The property owner even had an outdoor storage unit open that was full of anything you’d ever need for the beach. If we knew this we could have kept our beach chairs at home. My only recommendation would be to get rid of the upstairs carpet as pets are allowed and there are a lot of spots and stains. Would highly recommend and def would stay again.

Beautifully decorated & convenient place

We stayed at this beautiful townhouse right off of Rehoboth Avenue in a quiet neighborhood. I was initially nervous reserving this place as there was no review. I was so glad I did! It’s so beautiful inside and everything you may need for a beach vacation is stocked. This place is pet friendly but our Cavachon was afraid to use a spiral staircase! We really enjoyed the stay and we will stay here again!!
