From the moment you step into our 5th floor, corner-unit condo BREATHTAKING WATERfront VIEWS are all you see from EVERY window. You won't just have a vacation, you will touch your senses with relaxation and beauty.

Our lagoon water is beautifully clean, swimmable, fishable, and boatable!!! We even have our own sandy beach! The complex is situated on a point so the lagoon surrounds half of it, so there's views to enjoy everywhere! Even waterfront views from the indoor pool!!!!
**** Compass Point is still having a few renovations going on in some of the units from damage from Hurricane Sally. We found that we don't hear anything going on while staying there , but our indoor pool pool still isn't open yet. and the complex will be needing a good paint job on the exterior but it's currently on the back burner. But all other amenities are open.
THE RESORT
Compass Point Condominium is a gorgeous resort complex that will offer you the best of both worlds. Though not direct beach front, you will have views (from every window) of the lagoon which opens to the Gulf of Mexico and be able to see the gulf beyond. You are close enough to hear the ocean surf and a short walk to shelling and relaxing on the sand at the public beach access complete with parking should you not feel like walking. You are close to everything but located on a quiet point on the island overlooking the lagoon. The Gulf Shores area offers sugar white sandy beaches, all sorts of water/boating activities, great SEAFOOD restaurants, a zoo, a Water Park, amusements parks, an old Civil War fort, outlet mall shopping and MORE.

The complex offers an exquisite outdoor and heated indoor pool (Indoor pool is currently closed due to repairs), both of which have lagoon views. It has a swim area, boat launch, docking, pier, fish cleaning station, picnic area, clubhouse for the long term Winter-people for enjoying coffee visits, beautiful landscaping, and on-site management.

OUR 5th FLOOR UNIT
Our spacious CORNER unit has a huge 300+ sq. ft. wraparound, tiled lanai and offers you spectacular sunsets, allow you to even watch fish swimming just below your balcony as the water is only a stones' throw away. Or, maybe you'd just enjoy watching the sea birds, sailboats, and fishermen.

Your comfort has been considered from the luxurious leather sofa, flat screen TV's and theater system, to the high thread count sheets on the comfy bed. We have recently renovated the unit and it's like a brand new condo unit with granite countertops, new cabinetry, practically all new everything! The unit is larger than most one bedrooms. It has a large foyer and a separate dining area surrounded by 3 picture windows all with water views. The kitchen sink window even overlooks the lagoon! The well appointed kitchen also has a pantry. There is access to the lanai from the bedroom and main living space. When you wake in the morning you will see the lagoon views right from your bed!

SOME RENTAL DETAILS
We collect a deposit at time of reservation and the balance 30 days prior to arrival unless on last minute reservations. Sorry, there are no military or other discounts. We do NOT rent to individuals under 25, nor to more than 2 people . THERE IS NO SLEEPER SOFA IN THIS UNIT. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. The unit is prepared for couples only. ***No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival unless I can re-book your stay.

We are convinced (as well as my past guests) that this is BETTER than beachfront and think that you will too. We're sure you will become one of our repeat guests and you will find your 'Taste of Hawaii' right here in Gulf Shores.
