Welcome to Sea Isle City 38th Street - 3 blocks from the beach in the center of town.
The property is available between April 1st until the end of the year. Please see our calendar for availability. Newly updated in 2020. No frills! - but one of best values around! This is the full first floor unit! Owners stay in the upstairs unit off and on in the summer.

PLEASE NOTE: For your safety we ask that you bring your own sheets/blankets, towels and pillowcases. All of our beds and pillows are protected with waterproof covers. If you are unable to bring those items we have a sheet/towel package to rent for $175* (please contact management at least two weeks in advance before arriving so we can prepare this). There is free laundry on-site.

*includes towels for 6 people & sheets, blankets pillow cases for King, Queen and the 2 main Twins - if you would like extra towels for a 7th person and the sheets/blankets for the trundle OR pull-out couch bed with towels that is $25 extra each (for $50 for both beds).

Great Weekend Rental

We enjoyed our stay here. The living space was open and spacious. The porch had comfortable seating and nice shade from the sun. I stayed with my 1 year old daughter and husband. The ramp was nice for the stroller and the rooms were big enough for portable crib. The upstairs neighbors were generous enough to help us room trash and the owner allowed us to check in a few hours early. Would book again :)

Father’s Day weekend

We had a wonderful extended weekend for Father’s Day. The house was exactly what we needed. It was in walking distance to everything and close to the rest of the family that was also down for the week. The house was very clean and the owners upstairs were friendly. The host answers questions promptly and was very accommodating, even let us check in a little early. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Larger than it seems & Great area

The home had ample bedroom and "hangout" area. It was perfect because everything was on one floor. Nate was a great host as well having wonderful family staying on the second floor as well. They were very helpful if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Kids playing in the street having fun all weekend. Neighbors who seem to have known each other for years. Everyone was great. Only setback is parking so be sure to prepare for only 1 car being the in the driveway and having a car small enough to fit on the street spots. Thanks Nate, we'll be reaching out again soon!

So-so

There were no issues with the house itself but a little more attention to cleaning would have helped specifically the dishes. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets. This is a no smoking property but the older gentleman upstairs helped him self to cigars as he pleased. The neighbors are loud and there are a ton of kids constantly playing in the street. Also there is a ring camera on the door which is an invasion of privacy. This review may seem negative but it’s information people should know when booking. It is very centrally located, 3 blocks from the beach and tons of shopping/restaurants close by.

The house was great.

The wifi was out and with 3 teenagers that was a huge deal. The owner did his best to remedy the situation and compensate us. However, when there are children running in the upstairs apartment you hear everything.

Comfortable and enjoyable

This was my first time using VRBO and my first time in Sea Isle City. Nate helped me through the process and even checked in on us after our arrival. The location was close enough to the beach for a group of forty something non athletic ladies. The beach nor promenade were overcrowded during our visit. The house itself was very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. Everyone in my group thought this was an excellent find and enjoyed our stay.

As mentioned this is a no-frills experience but has all the needed amenities that will give you a relaxing week at the shore. The King and Queen beds are 2 years old and have comfy new mattresses. We use waterproof mattress and pillow case covers for all of our beds and pillows and require guests to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels and blankets) to help keep costs down and also abide by recommended vrbo practices due to covid-19.

Located on the northern end of Sea Isle - it is a quick walk to the center of town (JFK), A 5 minute walk to Wawa, the boardwalk and the beach. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the boating docks at the bay, famous SIC seafood restaurants, the playground and basketball courts and the brand new Pickleball Courts! Located on the northern end of Sea Isle (in the center of town), not only is there quick access to route 9 and the parkway but you can can easily get to Ocean City within a few minutes taking central ave along the coast.
