Gorgeous waterfront home on the lagoons of SeaIsle which connect to the Intercoastal Waterway in a fantastic location. This home has alot to offer, including two 9 ft wide boatslips! zoned central air, large backyard with pavers perfect for outdoor gatherings and outside bayside shower. Three Bayside decks, Off street parking for 2 plus, Beautifully furnished Spacious living room with oversized pit group , large dining table seats 10 gourmet kitchen with center island for additional seating. 1st floor level has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and tvā€™s, they share a full bath and one bedroom opens to a covered bayside deck with Outdoor tv. The next level features 1 bedroom with Pyramid bed
(double on bottom and single on top)and another single bed. This level has a full bath and features living room with 75 inch UHD tv and surround sound system, , breakfast island and well apointed complete kitchen with sliders that lead to bayside deck with large table with seating for 8 and waterfront views. Third level features large bayfront master suite with private bayside deck, full bath with 2 person jacuzzi .
This home has upgraded furnishings and appointments. Very comfortable and warm. A great waterfront seashore vacation location!

Situated midway between Historic Cape May and the 'Always Turned On' Atlantic City, Sea Isle City is convenient to all of the attractions that southern New Jersey has to offer. Visitors can enjoy the boardwalks and water parks of Wildwood, Ocean City and Atlantic City, the Cape May Lewes Ferry, the Cape May County Park & Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village, the Atlantic City casinos, outlet shopping at The Walk, The Pier at Caesars, and Gardner's Basin as well as other area attractions. Once small fishing villages, Sea Isle and Townsend's Inlet on the southern end of the island are now being memorialized by the creation of 'Historic Fish Alley,' featuring some great bayfront seafood restaurants including Carmen's, Marie's, Mike's, and the Oar House. Wonderful Vacation!!!

Beautiful house on the Bay! Clean and very comfortable! My kids (9 and 11) loved taking turns riding on the kayak with my husband and I! Awesome location! Walked to restaurants, ice-cream, morning coffee and beach is not far - easy walk with the beach wagon! Thank you Dino for everything & being so responsive with our questions! Best beach vacation!

Beautiful home great location

We stayed in this house for a wedding, and we were able to walk to the wedding, restaurants, the beach. House was beautiful, furniture was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the giant TV which you donā€™t see in alot of rentals. We would definitely stay here again .

Long weekend stay

We stayed at this home for a long weekend. The location was perfect for our stay. The home is clean and has everything you need for the stay. Communicating with the owner was easy and made the stay seamless. We would definitely recommend this location

There is Glass ware and dish ware for a wide variety of uses and entertaining, and we pay close attention to detail to insure you will enjoy your vacation. We have upgraded all TV's to smart tv's that stream ATT Direct tv ,SHO,HBO netflix , and the home has premium movie channels. We have a large familily and we keep comfort in mind when we set up indoor dining seating for 10 and the outdoor tables have seating for a minumum of 8

Location! Location! Location! This home marries the benefits of waterside living, boat and water access, use of our 2 man kayak with close proximity to the surf of the ocean (3 blocks) and close proximity to dining and Sea Isles night life.

All vacioners have access to the beach but only bayside home renters have access to the lagoons. Its like having a pool in your backrard..
