Ariel Dunes 1701 is an elegant vacation rental condo in Ariel Dunes at Seascape Resort in Destin, FL that offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. It offers breathtaking beach views from all common areas, private balcony, and the master suite. The living area offers an HDTV, plenty of comfortable seating, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig machine, regular coffee maker, and everything you would need for to prepare a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach! Enjoy meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 6 while the breakfast bar seats 3. The master king suite offers gulf views with balcony access, an HDTV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest suite offers views of the bay, a full size bed, an HDTV, private balcony with lounge chairs, and a private bathroom. The bunk room offers a twin over full bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, HDTV, and attached bathroom. Perfect for kids! The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower and is shared with the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit for your added convenience. This condo uniquely also offers a desk. Along with the beautiful views of the beach, it creates the most ideal work space. All that's missing is you! This beach view Destin vacation rental sleeps a total of 10.


Ariel Dunes is located in Seascape Resort, a gated beach resort that offers incredible amenities such as, five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes I pool is seasonally heated dependant on weather), eight tennis courts, a barbecue grill and picnic area, an onsite arcade, fitness center, conference center, lakes, and is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The Cabana Cafe is located on the first floor of the resort for your convenience so you can grab lunch or dinner. If you are in the mood for Gulf-front dining, walk across the street to the Whaleā€™s Tail restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood and stunning views of the sparkling waters of Destin. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available. A lovely 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance if you want to practice your swing on the gorgeous greens of Destin.

Fantastic Condo!

This is the best VRBO I've ever stayed in! We were allowed to check in a little early and when the code didn't work, i got a reply with correct code almost immediately. The condo was spotless and the furniture and decor was top notch.

Every afternoon, my wife and I would race back to the condo to watch the sunset and it never disappointed. Everything was wonderful and I just wish we were able to stay longer.

Unit was wonderful. Scam-like after-stay charges.

Firstly, this unit was wonderful, clean, and everything was great. While we were there, we even were planning on re-booking this unit in the future for more vacations. We loved everything. Then, a few days after we were home (1000 miles away), we get a call saying that we need to return the wrist bands for the pool. I informed them that we did not have them, never used them, and they never left the bag they were in, along with a parking pass on the counter. We were then charged $264 for 10 wrist bands for the pool that we never used. I discussed this with the property manager, however they were unable to find them. Because of this issue, I don't feel we will be using Glass Casa again, which is disappointing because of all the other positives from this unit.

We had a fantastic time in Miramar Beach at Ariel Dunes

Very nice condo. Clean, well decorated. First time back since the pandemic started. It was good to be back since staying at Ariel Dunes is an annual trip for us. This is the first time for us in this unit and it fared better than others we've stayed in. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture. Nice touches all around. No complaints at all. We'd stay here again.

The hot tub was turned off as well. We visited some other friends in a different resort and their pools were heated and hot tubs on. Our resort said it was off due to Covid-19. That is an odd excuse to turn off a hot tub and not heat a pool when promising that to guests.

Great Location

The only thing I didnā€™t like was the check in although it does state that they might not be ready for you to enter the property at check in I feel like thatā€™s something they need to change. I arrived at 3pm from a long drive and the property was not available til well after 4, while the other condo I had booked for my sister in the same building was available at 3pm. Yā€™all need to change that!

The decor was nice, there were three bedrooms and bathrooms with showers, good appliances, and a huge balcony with gorgeous views. We stayed comfortably with 4 adults and 6 kids. We all agreed this was one of the nicer condos weā€™ve stayed in. Only thing missing is a heated indoor pool. The pools outside were not heated and they were a bit cold for swimming, even in May. Grounds were well maintained and landscaped. Itā€™s a really nice place and we canā€™t wait to go again.
