Heated pool -Jacuzzi-Game room-Tennis/Basketball/Volleyball Court-Fitness room. Supermarket and gas station next door. Just 2 miles to Disney.. SeaWorld and Universal within 20mins. Clearwater beach is just an hour. Yet, a little secluded and quiet. Perfectly located for Theme Parks, Relaxing or Work. Plenty of amenities. Ideal and affordable.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!
We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

This home is located right next to Walmart for very convenient shopping.

Please Note:
We do not allow parties, events and large gatherings at our home. No pets and no smoking please.

The guest don't have access to the garage. property manager and other staff may access garage during stay. AC temperature is regulated between 72-76.

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Great Location

We loved our stay here! It was in a perfect location to get to all the Disney parks easily and quickly. Walmart being so close was very convenient, too! It's nothing fancy but it worked great for our family.

Perfect Location - gated community

The condo was perfect for us. It's difficult to find a 3 bedroom with adult sleeping accomodations for everyone (no twin or bunk beds) at a reasonable rate. It's not a luxurious condo, but very clean and accommodating. We were very comfortable We were

Great for a quick getaway.

The property was clean and in a terrific location to visit the Disney parks. My only suggestion would be new pillows. I would stay here again.

Great location!

This was a great place for our week stay in Florida! Loved the accommodations, and that it was in a safe feeling area (inside a gated community). Very close to restaurants, a Walmart is next door, and a short drive to any of the parks. Very kind owners and extremely fast to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

This condo honestly left alot to be desired. It was very meh. Nothing felt quality. For this being a space for 6 adults, the couch sits maybe 3 and there are 2 chairs. So we had to hang out at the dining room table, which was cheap and kind of falling apart. The wallpaper peeling off in the kitchen. No handtowels given, only 1 cheap towel and washcloth given per guest for a 2 night, 3 day stay. The place has no ceiling fans in bedrooms (thought that was standard in FL) and it was soooooo hot all night. None of us covered up. I would not stay here again, although the location was fantastic!

Great location

We were a party of 4 adults and really enjoyed our 5 night stay. This property is close to Disney World and lots of shopping. It’s a gaited community and felt very safe. The home was clean and comfortable and the pictures and descriptions are accurate. We cooked in the home daily and it had the basics except for baking sheets. Communication with the hosts was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Good condo, close to parks

A good property. Check in clear, close to parks and communications with owner good too. The unit could do with a little updating here and there-previous guests have mentioned new pillows, kitchen inventory is low (not enough bowls/plates etc) but we would stay again.

Very disappointed

Communication with host was NOT in a timely manner- from moment we all walked in the condo the smell was very bad and all of us we had to buy Lysol and open windows. I quickly messaged the host and let them know and he stated he will get help which nothing occurred and this was after text messages and vrbo messages. We left early and have been requesting my money back and have not got a response and VRBO is trying to contact the host also . The smell was so unhealthy for us!!!! It would be great to get a refund I can’t believe how difficult this has been! The condo needs painting and had sink clog issues, an eyelash left on nightstand and a hair on my bed NOT sure if someone even cleaned the sheets before arriving So very disappointed in my stay - like I said left early and the family was not happy during our trip to Orlando Please refund me and I truly would hope no one booked here :(

Great for Disney

We stayed here with our 9 and 12 year old children mainly for the proximity to the Disney parks. It did not disappoint. We utilized Uber each day to get to and from Disney. We decided to drive and park the days we went to Universal, which was the right call in our opinion. The condo is clean, provides much more space than a hotel, and offers the opportunity to have meals off site. Would definitely stay again for a trip to the parks.

Enjoyed the stay

Came down for a golf tournament for my daughter. Place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the TVs had Air Play, made watching my sports teams easy. Easy access to everything. Thanks for a great week.

Superb except for one small thing

The home was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family getaway. Plenty of towels and soap and shampoo in the shower made us feel at home. Quick and easy communication with our hosts, too! Only issue was that the sheets on one of the beds, although visually clean, smelled like they'd sat in the washing machine and gotten musty before they were dried.

Great rental!

This was a great rental. It was close to dining, shopping and Disney. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were cheap. We were provided one towel and one washcloth per person for the week. Perhaps I missed that in the description. There is a washer/dryer that worked well but if you are out and about all day it was difficult to wash and dry towels in a timely manner. Great unit otherwise. Just bring your own towels and pillows.

Good Condo at a great Value

The Condo was great! Gated community made us feel safe! Very Clean and no problems during our stay at all. Management was great and communicated well. We will repeat for sure. Thanks! My only recommendation is more pillows!

Great secure Condo in a convenient location!!

Our family loved our stay. The property was very well kept. Arrived at 2am after a late flight and never had an issue getting in and settled. Easy to find. Conveniently located. Clean property. Pool was awesome. Easy in and out of the gated private small community. Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We walked down to get checked in at the community center office for our parking pass, super nice, even had a basketball for my kid to borrow to shoot hoops. Swam in the large pool. Nice restrooms poolside. The Walmart just outside of the entrance to the community was convenient, but super busy. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were layed out great. Used the laundry machine and dryer in the condo while we there too. We gladly recommend this condo for a trip to Kissimmee.

DIRTY & BEAT UP, AVOID!

I was VERY disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of this condo during our recent stay. As to the cleanliness, the walls in several rooms were gross and especially the doors, it did not look like any of the doors had ever been cleaned. There was a dirty handprint on the wall in the hallway, very gross and creepy. The a/c return was incredibly filthy, as if the filter had never been changed. My husband and daughters and I all woke up with respiratory issues each morning and I suspect this was the culprit, since we slept in the rooms near the return. I really hope that is not why I am still suffering from a respiratory illness two weeks later, but it might be, as things like that really affect my asthma. There appeared to be mucus and possibly blood and maybe makeup prints on the walls. The baseboards throughout the entire unit were disgustingly filthy. There was visible dirt in the corners of the rooms, high and low. When we arrived, there was a terrible mildew smell coming from one of the bathrooms. I immediately alerted the owner who came over and changed the shower curtain and cleaned the tub. That temporarily resolved the smell issue, but the tub still appeared dirty and the smell returned when I bathed my daughters that night. The rug in the living area was dirty, it looked as if it had not been vacuumed after the previous guests. As to the condition, the guest bathroom sink clogs almost instantly. Much of the wall decor is peeling. The mural in the dining area looks extremely shoddy as it does not fit, still has measurements marked on the wall, and is peeling and torn. The mirror in the master bath is also peeling. The walls are terribly banged up in all the rooms, and I understand some of that is to be expected in a rental with people moving in and out with luggage, but this was well beyond what I would expect and was not apparent in the listing photos. An outlet in the guest bedroom did not work. The unit looked very nice in the pictures and we were terribly disappointed and would not have stayed, let alone paid what we did, had we known the accurate condition of the unit. The community was gated, but there were apparently homeless folks making camp right outside the gate. I advised the owners of all these issues and sent them 21 pictures showing the poor condition of the unit. They responded, "We regret that you were not satisfied with your stay." No compensation was offered.

Amazing and Clean place to stay!

We really enjoyed this apartment as a family. Everything was neat and very clean, communication with the owner was great. I loved the check in system, it was super easy as we received all the information to be able to access the place. Having the Walmart close was very convenient with small kids. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios and Blizzard Beach. Great location!!!
