Welcome to Unit 9E at Sea Club II — your home away from home on beautiful Siesta Key. This newly renovated, ground-floor condo offers easy access with no stairs and is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable, family-friendly stay.

Step inside and enjoy all-new flooring, a fully updated bathroom, and a completely refreshed master bedroom with new furniture and a queen memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has also been fully renovated and features brand new furniture, two full beds, and a flat-screen smart TV.

The open living area includes a leather sofa and chairs, smart TV with cable, and updated furnishings. The completely renovated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for family meals, with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster, fridge, full cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and silverware.

The entire condo is redone, new and nicely decorated! Shannon is a great host! The pool near the intercostal is fabulous! Warm salt water, watching the boats glide by! Beautiful!!Note- the beach is about 1/4 mile away, but we loved the pool so much we didn’t go back! Warming our bones from the cold northern winter!Thank you Shannon!

Perfect place at Siesta Key

Great stay, communication and property as described. All instructions were given when booked. Lovely area to stay and access to beach 5 mins over a busy road. Wish we could have stayed longer, home from home feel. Would stay here again.

Terrific place to stay

Condo is positioned with the pool and inter coastal in the back of the property and Siesta Key Beach across the street. Very clean and recently remodeled. We visit there yearly. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed for 3 nights. It started with Shannon being a very good communicator! The property was very clean and was exactly like the pictures. The pool, pier, and ocean access was amazing!!

Perfect vacation!

Everything was perfect for our stay! The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property is very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, and the dock. It was fun doing the touristy things in Siesta Key, and staying so close to the beach was perfect. We had such a great time! (Even our teenagers enjoyed themselves!!)

This condo was in a perfect location with private beach access.

The property was nice and the owner was very easy to communicate with which made the check in so easy. They had beach chairs/umbrellas and toys available. We had private beach access just across the street and the pool was by the bay which was nice. We were very happy with the condo and would love to stay there again.

Quiet, clean and comfortable retreat

This was the perfect launchpad for our visit to Siesta Key and the surrounding areas! We loved the easy beach access, quiet surroundings, and the availability of everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, extra blankets (we had unusually cool temperatures) and different types of pillows (everything from soft to firm)! The beds were very comfortable, especially after long days of sightseeing. And we enjoyed resting by the pool in the afternoon. Thanks to our hosts for a great escape!

Short but sweet

Perfect spot for a small family. We stayed with our two young daughters and the place was everything we needed. Second room was large enough to house two pack and plays (that can be hard to find) all the beach accessories plus a wagon. We will definitely be back!

Delightful stay at Sea Club 2!

My husband and I recently stayed in this delightful unit. It is not fancy, but is very comfortable and well stocked. We loved the view of the bay from the back of the complex. Comfortable chairs to watch the boats go by or relax and read a book. The pool looked lovely. The entire property is well maintained. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the gorgeous Siesta Key beach. We appreciated the work that Shannon put in to provide us with a wonderful experience. We hope to return!

We fell in love with Sea Club II

We booked this condo due to the location to the rest of our family Palm Bay Beach Club. We loved this place! Being right on the bay with the new pool, open lawn (perfect for sunrise viewing) and tiki hut with grills was awesome. The walk to the beach was maybe 4 minutes and we loved the chairs and white Sandy beach! The condo was clean and had all of the basic supplies. Only recommendation would have been to supply a few beach towels. Everything else was there!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location and communication

Fantastic rental process. Wonderful communication from start to finish. Easy check in and out. Would definitely rent again. The property was exactly as listed and very clean. Very comfortable bed. A few steps to a intercostal view. A few minute walk to the private beach access. Less than a mile walk to Captain Curts and that fun area. A two mile walk (or grab the trolley) to the village. It was a perfect/safe place for me to stay by myself and work from “home” for a week. Two people joined me for the last night and we had plenty of room.

An Amazing Stay!!!

The condo is as we expected, rather basically furnished but the location and amenities are amazing! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation. The walk to the beach is only about five minutes and goes through a residential street of super friendly Floridians and tourists who all greet you with a wonderful smile and a wave. Shannon the property manager was immediate in her replies and so very helpful. The pool was a "no shock factor " warm one! I hate cold or even cool pools, this one was absolutely perfect. The grassy area near the pool was wonderfully manicured and the fishing dock was a hit! My 12 year old son and 11 year old daughter caught or limit of red snapper and even a very large Sheepshead! In a sentence - we will definitely be back!

Sisters mini getaway

3 sisters for a 3 night stay. Very much enjoyed the property, the ground floor condo perfect for those who find stairs an issue. Condo was spotless and pretty much every thing you need for your stay. Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated very nicely and new paint throughout the unit, which made everything fresh looking. Kitchen a bit older looking but very clean and well equipped for most part. Definitely could you additional ice trays as only one was in freezer, but on positive side, it was filled when we arrived!!! The bed in the primary bedroom super comfortable. Those sleeping in the double rooms felt it was time for new mattress for both beds. The beach is a 8-10 minute walk across a busy street which has lighted crosswalk a short distance from front of condo. The beach is public, but entrance is private so not as crowded at time we visited mid April 2023. The pool was nice as well with both shade and sun throughout the day. Very relaxing to enjoy the property beyond the pool area overlooking the waterway. I would recommend for anyone looking for quite place with nearby beach access.

This property was just as pictured and then some! The host, Shannon, was very responsive and super accommodating. The space was spacious enough for our family of 4 (Husband, wife, 10 and 5 year old). There were enough towels, linens and blankets on hand. The surprise was when we opened the closet and the whole closet was filled with beach equipment. We traveled from Pittsburgh, and couldn't bring beach supplies with us. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, tent, wagon.. anything we could need!! There was a small igloo cooler in the kitchen to take drinks and snacks to the beach. Speaking of the kitchen. WOW. It was loaded with pots, pans, dishes, bowls, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, scissors, spices, coffee pot and Keurig, to-go cups and a 12 pk of water. I brought my own paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, but all these things were in the condo already! There was a basket in the living room with sun screen, aloe vera, and tanning lotion. It looks like it may have been left over from previous tenants, but I love that they didn't throw them away when cleaning! I can not say enough about this rental. I am hoping we can book it every year from here on out. This place is quite a gem. You have access to the private beach. To access it, you have to walk across Midnight pass Road which can get very busy. Then, you have to walk down the road to the gate. It is around a 4-8 minute walk, depending on who and what you take. I didn't mind at all!!
