The condo is all updated and very clean. The location is amazing. The pool area is perfect and the beautiful outdoor bar with gas grills is perfect to eat in with a view of the water.

A quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that it was within walking distance to the beach, Enjoyed the pool after a hot day and took full advantage of the free trolleys going into the village.

Great stay!

Everything is as listed. Plenty of amenities. we loved the pool area and enjoyed seeing dolphins in the water on both sides. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. The condo was perfect very clean great location. The pool was awesome. The fishing pier was perfect for my husband. Everything you need is very close. Great places to go. The beach is breathtaking just across the street. Highly recommend this place.

Great beach condo

Christian's condo was perfect for a beach weekend. Clean and updated condo with a nice, well equipped kitchen. Surprisingly quiet! Beach access is easy and just a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Siesta Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Christians place. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was ideal and close to the village. Christian way very quick and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay again.

Excellent stay!

Perfect place for our family of four. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Love the heated pool with view of the inter coastal. Our 4 and 6 year olds had no problem with the short walk to the beach. Would def return!!

I will always recommend Christian & cozy condo!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at cozy condo! Christian was an amazing host - he was super flexible, accommodating and even had a list of recommendations for us. The condo was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed and could have wanted for a beach trip. Can’t wait to visit cozy condo again!

Exactly what we wanted

This place was close to everything!!!Walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and steps to the bay. Place was exactly as pictured… clean and stocked with what we needed! Will be back to the area and would definitely stay here again!!! ❤️❤️

Thank you for you feedback. A king bed is being put in this April ! Normally with longer stays guest have cleanings in between . Realizing not everyone wants that , I will be getting a vacuum per your recommendation. Thanks for staying ! Your welcomed back anytime.

Excellent in every aspect!

Our stay was WONDERFUL! Christian is an outstanding host! Thoughtful amenities with the Condo. Private beach & location perfect! The dock out back was captivating, complete with real pelicans! We highly recommend this property & host😊 We loved & appreciated everything!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay for our first Siesta Key visit. This place had everything we needed from coffee maker, beach towels/chairs, cooking pan, and more. This condo was extremely clean and the location was perfect. The fishing dock was amazing as we are a family that enjoys to fish and watch the boats go by. Christian responded within minutes when we had a couple questions. He also gave many suggestions for restaurants and fishing spots. Our family would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, beautiful location

3 adults stayed for a weekend and the condo was perfect. Plenty of fridge and kitchen space. Very clean and safe area. The outdoor pool area is beautiful on the bay side with views of the water and a short walk to the beach across the street, maybe 10 mins. Close to the village and plenty of free trolly options. Communication with the owner was excellent. Will book again!

Perfect Location and Unit!

3 adults stayed here for a long weekend. We'd definitely bring our kids here too! The space was clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and the ice machine was a really nice touch! The beach accessories were so nice to have (bucket, beach chairs, towels, other misc. toys). The location was perfect on the intercoastal water ways, we saw dolphins having their meals a few times! The beach was only a short walk and it was so nice to have the private access, looking down the beach to the right it was so crowded but we had plenty of space to sit and not be on top of others. Christian was great to work with and was quick to answer the one phone call I had to make (gate key code). I've already sent this location to other friends that want to visit SK because it was so perfect. We will definitely be back!

Quiet Condo/ Great location

This is a condo is at Sea Club II. We stayed on the second floor in 17e. It is very quiet. While the entire structure is dated, the actual unit is modern and upgraded. The heated pool is close to the bay. The view is great. Everyone we ran into was very nice. Short walk to the beach. You may ask the host exactly where you are going to enter the beach access. We guessed right but it wasn't made clear unless I missed the instructions somewhere. We've stayed at different places on Siesta and this is just as functional as any other. Cons- We missed having our own balcony or porch. There is also a noise ordinance at 10PM and the pool closes at sunset. If you want to party into the night you'll need to go the village or south to the Crescent Club. Overall for the price we paid it is a good value and I would recommend to others.

Charming Rental in Great Location

We had a great stay in this cute little Siesta Key rental. The updates were very nice and it had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay, such as: all cooking utensils, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. It also had bonus box fans in the closet which we thoroughly enjoyed. Haven't had one of those in years but it sure makes for good sleeping with those humming in the background. We also used them to help dry out some of our damp clothing we had hanging since you are not able to hang things outside. The location was great too. The walk to the beautiful beach was no problem and the pool area was divine! The dock down by the pool was also a great place to watch wildlife, boats go by, and see some big fish at night with the dock lights on. There are really good restaurants fairly close by. It would be a decent walk to get to them and do-able, but we just drove. Christian was a delight to work with, a great host, and made the whole process an enjoyable one. We would most definitely stay here again. My only small recommendation for this unit (and this did not affect our wonderful trip in anyway), is to attach some big suction cup hooks above the bathtub so that bathing suits can drip dry. There are towels rods, but giving a few more places to hang wet things would be helpful.

Perfect family getaway spot

We really liked this condo. When we first walked in it was very clean and inviting. Kids loved that they had their own TV. Beds were very comfortable. We really liked the beach chairs and toys that were provided. The property was located between the causeway and the gulf. It was a very short 300 meter walk to the beach and about 100 meters to the dock on the causeway that overlooked the houses on the main land. We did not see dolphins but other people staying there said that you can see them when some of the boats come by. We did see some unique fish from the dock though. If you're into fishing there were several people that told us they caught some unique fish from the dock. Brand new heated pool was great. We stayed in Jan and swam in the gulf (63 Degrees) for a bit but the heated pool was a lot nicer. Very Clean. It was 1.8 miles from downtown Siesta Key "The Village" where the shops and restaurants were HOWEVER, the free trolley and frog hops came by often and they only work off tips. Super easy to flag one down and a lot of times they were a blast to ride. The Owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and shared a ton of good information with us. We would defiantly stay there again.

Close to beach

The condo was nice and clean. Was just enough space for 4 people. We arrived for the 4th of July weekend and it was busy but easy to got around, we used the trolly. Would recommend.

Everything you could want and better

The place was great! The location was excellent. Very, very clean. Big, bright, comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage and closets with hangers. A lovely, comfortable seating area in the living room (the biggest tv I’ve ever seen-although we did not use it) and a nice modernized kitchen with everything one would need (incl coffee!). The bath was really, really nice-great water pressure and lots of hooks for towels. There are beach chairs and towels to use for the huge beach which is a mere 5-6 min walk. The pool and grounds area are very well kept with plenty of seating and even a hammock! It is a gem of a place and the owner is very knowledgeable, accommodating and accessible.
