This condo is a Club Suite Corner unit which offers a well, naturally lit, spacious 1,305 square feet and is situated on the 3rd floor. #175 comfortably sleeps a maximum of six to comply with Sarasota County Fire Code. | The Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV and is complete with a walk-in shower and is also equipped with a shower grab bar. | The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 1 King size bed with a 32" flat screen HD TV and has a shower/tub combo in its guest bathroom. | The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. | Both bathrooms were just newly remodeled with brand new granite counter tops! | The kitchen is also fully remodeled with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. Beautiful condo! Great location! It was very clean and spacious and had a nice view from the porch. Aside from a slow drain in the bathroom sink, the condo was fantastic. We loved everything about it and we hope to be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was extremely clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals at the condo. The owner provided a beach wagon which helped so much with taking our supplies down to the beach. Even though it’s a short walk we could throw our towels and bags in there. Check in was super fast and friendly. The private beach here is amazing. We had plenty of space and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool was sparkling and warm. They had a great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay

Property was as expected, great location and security. Beach was excellent. Unit was well maintained and clean. Only suggestion would be the floor-was a little dirty on the feet even on the first day.

Awesome place!

We stayed here with a group of friends. Great place! It was clean and had lots of room. It was a short ride to town and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Staycation in Siesta Key

Property & unit was very nice & clean. Only a few things need to be addressed in the unit - replace all the rugs (old & stained) need a non-slid mat in tub, bathroom door doesn't latch. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. We will go back to this property.

Great Vacation Beautiful Unit and close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 175 at the Palm Bay Club was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Location was perfect. The enclosed patio has a small view of the ocean and was great for breakfast and hanging out. We used it every day. Unit was spotless with a great open design. The private beach was about a five minute walk just down the main path of the property. Beach was amazing! Beach chairs included was a huge plus. We needed to rent umbrellas and a couple days a tent. My only suggestion is for the unit to have more basic necessities such as paper towels/napkins and some basic cleaning supplies like a Mr clean spray etc. We would highly recommend and would book again!

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!

The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach which was very beautiful. Just watch for the umbrella guys on the beach. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great experience staying at Palm Bay Club, Unit 175 for a few days. The property was very well maintained, staff friendly and helpful, excellent security, a few steps from the beach and two pools. Check-in and check-out were very easy--parking was convenient and elevators available. Also had a fitness room. A few items to note is that you should be prepared to bring beach towels (only two provided), no food or drink options on site for purchase so you have to travel for food (but full kitchen in unit), pools were kind of small, beach chairs were free and provided but you need to rent or bring your own umbrella if desired. Overall--we thought the unit was wonderful and would return.
