This condo is a Club Suite Corner unit which offers a well, naturally lit, spacious 1,305 square feet and is situated on the 3rd floor. #175 comfortably sleeps a maximum of six to comply with Sarasota County Fire Code. | The Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV and is complete with a walk-in shower and is also equipped with a shower grab bar. | The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 1 King size bed with a 32" flat screen HD TV and has a shower/tub combo in its guest bathroom. | The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. | Both bathrooms were just newly remodeled with brand new granite counter tops! | The kitchen is also fully remodeled with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. Awesome place!

Great Rental

Rental was spacious, clean and has a very well stocked variety of kitchen supplies, which made it very easy to cook. Check-in and out was very simple. Access to beach and use of chairs and umbrellas also very easy to coordinate. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner provided a beach wagon which helped so much with taking our supplies down to the beach. Even though it’s a short walk we could throw our towels and bags in there. Check in was super fast and friendly. The private beach here is amazing. We had plenty of space and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool was sparkling and warm. They had a great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!
