This quaint little condo is located on Estes Park's Fall River in the Fawn Valley Inn Complex. This beautiful rolling river sits right alongside the patio deck and is so inviting! Elk and Deer frequently visit this sweet spot where, if you’re lucky, you can capture some of nature’s most spectacular photo ops that Estes Park has to offer.



When you are ready for your Rocky Mountain adventure, hiking trails are only minutes away at Rocky Mountain National Park's Fall River Entrance, the gateway to the most wonderful views the Rocky Mountains have to offer. The newly built Mountain Rollercoaster is also a highlight that you will want to try out, along with the Aerial Tram and Adventure Park, where you can play putt-putt golf, ride go-carts, or try your skills out on the balance course.



Downtown Estes Park is five minutes away and offers a great night out on the town or a walk around the lake during the day. You can enjoy dinner out at one of the many restaurants or try a local beer at one of the many brew pubs in Estes Park as well. Don't forget the shopping! From Fawn Valley Inn parking lot through common hallway to unit. Self-check in. Instructions available via email from PMI Travel before arrival date.
