This beautiful and spacious villa (210m2) is surrounded by an established garden with flowering bushes and Mediterranean plants. The villa is near the small town of Pechão 200-300 metres away. In Pechão you find everything you need - restaurants and bars, cafés, supermarkets and shops. The town of Olhão with its wonderful fish market and relaxing boat trips to the islands is 3 km away.

The villa is located on a hill, in a quiet position and it has panoramic views over the surrounding hills and in the distance, you can see the sea and the islands such as Ilha Culatra. The beaches are 10 km away. The location is private and is not overlooked.

The swimming pool is large and private (10.5 m × 5.5 m) and has a Jacuzzi. It is surrounded by large terraces with sun loungers. There is also a summer house by the pool with a brick barbecue, sink, fridge/freezer, table and chairs and everything needed to prepare meals (cutlery, glasses etc). On the other side of the pool, is a small building with toilets and shower.

The garden is fully- fenced and the swimming pool is almost completely enclosed.

Housekeeper during the week, air conditioning, household linen, and end of stay cleaning included in the price. Towels for the swimming pool are at your disposal. There is a utility room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

The villa can accommodate 8 people and is very well-furnished and equipped.

Onn the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms (each with double bed 180 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.

Also on the 1st floor is a large living room with satellite TV, sofa bed, dining area and fireplace. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with garden furniture for dining outside.

There is a kitchen on the 1st floor as well and it is well-equipped (fridge-freezer, mini-oven, electric coffee machine, toaster, microwave with grill, electric grill for cooking fish and meat, kettle, etc).

On the ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms - one with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bed (120 x 200 cm). There is a television in the bedroom with two beds. There are two bathrooms with shower.

There is a large living room on the ground floor with satellite TV, sofa bed, dining area and fireplace. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with garden furniture for dining outside.

Also on the ground floor is a kitchen which is well-equipped (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster, microwave with grill, electric grill for cooking fish and meat, kettle, etc).
