All rooms complete with aircon and WiFi, sleeps 10 using portable bed and cot. Located in the lovely peacefull unspoilt Eastern Algarve only 5 mins drive to Moncarapacho where there is a selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Casa Vista Montanha is a modern spacious villa with two large en-suite bedrooms (one with its own furnished terrace) and 2 spacious twin rooms and 4 luxury bathrooms. The lounge comfortably seats 10 with dining area off to side, Satellite TV (BBC/ITV), DVD player and patio doors opening onto shaded terrace, pool and garden. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with additional seating area where doors open onto the BBQ patio. You will be thrilled with the quality of this villa with complimentary pool heating mid March-early Nov.

Clean, spacious, well appointed villa

This is a smart villa in a quiet development near to the small town of Carapacho. It is a short drive from Faro airport (about 25 mins) and about a 10 min drive from Carapacho (which has a good supermarket).The villa was very spacious and felt very private. The gardens were well tended and the pool was clean and a good size.At the back of the villa is another large patio area with a great barbecue.

Great place to stay

Stayed with a family of four and had a wonderful time. A big and roomy house, well-equipped, nice garden with BBQ and super pool. The house and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. The house is conveniently located only 10 min by car from Olhao and 20 min from Faro. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay has been wonderful. We had a couple of issues at first but Ines sorted them out almost immediately (and they were very minor). The villa is beautiful and so convenient for Olhao. Wewould 100% return!

Pictures donā€™t do it justice!

A great 2 weeks just spent at Casa Vista Montanha. Outdoor space and facilities were ample for 8 guests. Fully equiped kitchen, cushions and towels provided for the sun loungers and dining areas. Outdoor crockery is a good touch for safety. Beautiful pool, warm as a bath.

Family vacation

We enjoyed are stay at this Villa with are family. The house is big and can accommodate a lot of people. The cleanliness was great. The pool was lovely except that it was to hot! We had to get turn the heat down to enjoy it. Also, the beds are extremely firm, I would recommend the owners upgrade the beds immediately.

60th birthday trip

The Villa was better than the photos! It was very well equipped and the pool was huge. I had various groups of friends and family come to stay over the 12nights. The property manager was great sorting out minor issues and was always available on WhatsApp. The local taxis worked out well for our group but probably better to hire a car for a whole stay/family groups

Beautiful villa

The villa is superb, very well equipped with a wonderful pool. We had problems with noisy neighbours but the manager, Ines, sorted it out for us. You definitely need a car as itā€™s a bit of a drive to the supermarket. Portugal is still surprisingly cheap and the weather is gorgeous!

Lovely Villa

An excellent choice for a villa in the Eastern Algarve away from some of the tourist excesses further west. One master suite upstairs and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Beautifully landscaped property and a very nice heated pool. Car essential as the villa is located in a grouping of villas a little distance in land. Owners suggestions for restaurants and places in the area to see were very good. Food at Mariaā€™s was excellent. Ate there several times.

Lovely house

The house was lagre, comfortable and with aircondition in every room. Nice outside area with a quite large heated pool and enough sunbeds (we were a total of 9). The only thing to be aware of is that the house is located a bit far from restaurants (except from 2 -we visited Ā«MariasĀ» twice - we enjoyed it) and supermarkets so I would recommend to rent a car. Very good follow-up from the owners and the local host Ines (we reported a problem with aircond in the evening and early next day it was fixed!).

Fabulous villa

This is a truly fabulous villa for a family holiday. There is so much beautiful outside space that you wonā€™t know where to sit! The added bonus is that all the areas were very private, you are not overlooked at all. Rooms were much bigger than the pictures show and the villa was extremely clean when we arrived. We also had a clean and change of towels and bedding after the first week. The pool was lovely and clean with a proper cover to put on overnight to keep out the bugs. Lots of great local restaurants nearby (car required) which were much cheaper than if you go further west. All in all a fabulous holiday and we hope to visit the villa again in the coming years.

Fantastic villa with a brilliant pool. The pool was perfect and the temperature of the water so warm. The villa was well stocked and outdoor patio was very convenient for outdoor eating. A car is required but there is a really nice restaurant that you can walk to (15 mins) via a very quiet road. Communication was good with villa representative and he always answered quickly. The location is good for visiting Olhao and the islands.There was a little bit of confusion with Aircon. I think the owner introduced an extra payment to have Aircon on during the day which we had not been informed about but this was quickly sorted out. Also the downstairs Aircon was broken but I understand that these things happen and didn't cause much inconvenience.Maybe a welcome book for the villa would be helpful. For instance it took us a while to locate the recycling bins in the neighborhood (for anyone else it is a left, right at roundabout and then a right)We were incredibly happy with our time at the villa and would 100% recommend to others.

5* Luxury Villa with heated pool

From straight forward booking process to checking out - everything was very smooth. Great communication from Doug and Jane, and with Ines whilst we were there. Villa was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Comfy sofa and bed. Kitchen very well stocked. TV package with sky was a bonus and meant that my husband could watch all the football. Pool was amazing. The pool cover meant that it was super warm and such a pleasure to swim in. Lots of different seating areas were great for sun and shade. Also great to have a washing line. Doug and Jane have thought of everything! The quiet location suited us, yet still not far from shops via car. We went to "Maria's" restaurant and had a really good steak for a good price. It's a small restaurant at the end of a dirt track - cash only but worth a visit. WiFi was also good. thank you again Doug and Jane -we hope to visit again.

This villa lives up to the listing and other reviews. It is a good size, well finished, well equipped and a good layout.There is what we decided to call ā€œthe honeymoon suiteā€ up the stairs. This has a huge double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is good privacy here and hence we gave that to my brother and his girlfriend. The room has a private balcony facing out to the front over the pool.Off the staircase there is a further roof terrace with a couple of sun bedsā€¦arguably available to all guests as it isnā€™t attached to that master suite.Downstairs in the bedroom area there is a large twin room on the left, facing to the rear of the villa and a double on the right, facing the front. These share a bathroom with shower over bath. We took these rooms for ourselves and our small children.At the end of the bedroom corridor, there is another twin room which is en-suite which my parents took.All have ac but the ac in the kids twin room wasnā€™t working, similarly was the ac in the living room. We are told these are due to be replaced shortly.The 4th bathroom has a shower and toilet.The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could reasonably want including coffeeMachineā€¦.just ensure you get the right capsules.The pool is lovely, it is heated and if anything got a bit too warm! Plenty of sun beds, tables and options to sit and eat outsideā€¦.you can make full use of the plot as the owners have put furniture in various locations.

Absolutely perfect

We had such an amazing time in this villa, it was everything we could have asked for as a large family of all ages. The pool was perfect, we certainly made use of it & all the fab pool toys for the children. The surrounding gardens are amazing, bbq is a must for evening meals with it lovely big table. Actual villa is huge, pictures donā€™t do it justice at all. Each room is very spacious & comfortable with big windows & aircon. We hired just one car between us which we used for the supermarket & the odd run to town but taxis are ok to use. Just make sure you write the full address of the villa somewhere, rooting through emails & WhatsAppā€™s at 2am after a few super bocks wasnā€™t our best moment! The villa is away from everything but the facilities more than make up for it. Living space was important for us which is why we chose the villa. We enjoy cooking & eating together, then a few drinks once the children are in bed and it worked perfectly. Although we did venture out too, the towns are too nice to miss! Would also highly recommend and boat trip from Olhao, we went with Sabina tours. Worth every penny & a great way to see a bit more of beautiful Portugal. Back to the villa thoughā€¦. Literally everything we needed and more. Donā€™t even hesitate, we are not creatures of habit but would seriously consider staying here again. Our only regret is not booking 2weeks :,( super clean & the property manager was always on hand & nothing was too much trouble. Communication with her and the owners was faultless. Thank you so much for having us :)!

A estadia no geral foi muito agradĆ”vel, mas gostaria de deixar algumas sugestƵes: - a informaĆ§Ć£o sobre o alojamento deveria estar em portuguĆŖs o que nĆ£o aconteceu, - durante a estadia ficamos sem acesso Ć  internet , que lamentavelmente nĆ£o foi resolvido, - no alojamento nĆ£o havia acesso aos canais nacionais de TV, resolvido de forma precĆ”ria - sugiro melhor limpeza de algumas zonas do jardim !

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschƶnen Aufenthalt in der Villa, die Bewertungen und Bilder stimmen mit der RealitƤt Ć¼berein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit Afonso vor Ort waren perfekt und sehr hilfreich. Sauberkeit war hervorragend, der Pool traumhaft schƶn. Einzig eine Empfehlung aus einer Bewertung aus 2024 wĆ¼rden wir erneut aufgreifen und den Austausch der Matratzen im ersten Stock anregen. Wir kƶnnen das Anwesen sehr empfehlen und wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vacaciones.

La estancia ha sido magnĆ­fica. Todo muy cuidado, limpio y con muchos detalles positivos. Cualquier problema te lo solucionan prĆ”cticamente de inmediato. La amabilidad y atenciĆ³n de Douglas magnĆ­fica, inmejorable.

Groot,ruim,luxe villa met heerlijk verwarmd zwembad

Geweldig!!! De villa is groot, ruim, luxe met een ruime tuin en een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Fijne en ruim voldoende ligbedjes met matrasjes bij het zwembad en zitjes rondom de villa, er was zelfs een volleybal/badminton veld en een Jeu de Boules baan. Alles in huis en in de keuken is compleet. De villa ligt in een villawijk midden in een buitengebied, waar geen voorzieningen zijn van restarant of winkel, maar met een auto is dat totaal geen probleem want binnen 10 min zijn er grote supermarkten en ben je in LoulƩ. De villa is een goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving te verkennen van het zuiden van de Algarve.
