The spacious, bright, and quiet apartment (100m2) is located on the 9th and top floor with a lift, featuring 2 large terraces of 70m2 overlooking the Eiffel Tower. It consists of a large living area with Pumpkin design Pierre Paulin sofas, leather armchairs, and a television, a dining table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, 2 bedrooms: a large 16m2 bedroom with a double bed (Italian design furniture) and another bedroom with two twin beds, a desk area with its own en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with a sauna, and a separate toilet.

In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed allows you to transform this large 30m2 space into a genuine bedroom in the evening, closed off by a sliding wooden door. Air conditioning is provided in each room. There is an east-facing terrace to enjoy a croissant breakfast and a west-facing terrace to share the beauty of a sunset over a drink with friends.

There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, as well as metro, bus, and taxi access. It is ideal for staying and visiting Paris.

The hosts were great and the apartment cozy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood close but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our family really enjoyed our time in Paris and the apartment was a home away from home.

We had a great time in Paris! Owners were wonderful communicators and the location was great to walk to the Eiffel tower and get around town.

This apartment was perfect for our five days in Paris! It’s located in a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood, while still being an easy Metro ride to all the major attractions.The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The deck was a huge highlight—we loved ending our days with a glass of wine and a snack outside. The air conditioning worked great, and the beds were very comfortable.The location was fantastic, with a wonderful market, cheese shop, bakery, and chocolate shop all less than a block away. It was the perfect combination of a peaceful neighborhood and easy access to everything Paris has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay - it's in a lovely, residential area of Paris where we found the people to be super friendly and everything you need within a short walk. Would have been great (as 4 girls) to have more than 1 key, just because you needed the key even to enter the building, so coming and going at different times was difficult. Otherwise, great stay and we'd recommend the beautiful apartment to anyone visiting!

We had a wonderful time! The place and view were both incredible. Great and safe location. Charles, Mary, and Bruno were the best, so sweet, and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be back!

Stayed at this wonderful apartment in July of 2026 with my wife and two kids. The apartment is large, very well appointed and comfortable. We loved the morning and afternoon decks on either side of the apartment - with views of the Eiffel tower! - and the serene relaxed escape it offered after bigs days out on the town. The apartment is well situated in the residential 15th. There is a small grocery right outside the front entrance to the building, as well as all manner of cafes, shops, gyms and restaurants a short walk away. Also, as an added bonus, the AC at night for sleeping in the height of the Paris summer was incredible!The hosts were clear, communicative and confidence inspiring.Would def recommend and stay here again!

Outstanding apartment with wonderful views, in the middle of a laid back Paris neighborhood.

Obviously, our stay was wonderful seeing all the sites. But this apartment gave us a chance to experience what it's like to live in Paris. Vegetable/meat/fish stands within a 1/2 block of the front door. Restaurants and shops were everywhere, yet we were away from the touristy hotel areas. 2-3 miles from most sites you come to see. We walked everywhere and Ubered when tired. It was awesome. Each day taking a different route and experiencing the city firsthand.

the penthouse!!!

i traveled with my wife, aunt and uncle and we all loved our stay! the hosts were very accommodating with our check-in and responsive to queries before and after our arrival. the location was very convenient for walking to restaurants and metro stations. the apartment itself was lovely, the decks on both sides of the apartment were an unexpected bonus. we would gladly stay here again.

Great Spot

Wonderful Parisian apartment. Great location with easy access to so many spots via walking or public transport. Neighborhood is nice with many neat places to eat and shop. Apartment is nicely decorated with nice views of Eiffel Tower on both outside spaces. Kitchen had all the stuff you need with new appliances and 4 ways to make coffee!! Hosts were attentive and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris. This apartment was comfortable, clean…just spectacular! After busy days touring the city, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind, yet still enjoy the city from the rooftop decks. Host communication was great. Everything we needed during our stay was nearby in the neighborhood. Absolutely a must stay!!!

A True Parisian Experience

Our check-in process set the tone for the whole experience, the host was very flexile with our early arrival and allowed to settled in quickly. The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally well located. You can't beat enjoying dinner with views of the Eiffel tower. Thanks for sharing your home and city with us!

Amazing experience

The apartment is in a great location. Very clean, comfortable and safe. A lot of eateries and grocery stores within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and allowed us an early entry to the apartment. How can you go wrong with three ways to make coffee. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.

You will not regret booking this apartment! It is truly a thoughtful and well-loved place for a fantastic vacation in Paris! We loved the air conditioning, plenty of storage, the full-equipped kitchen, multiple coffee options (I loved the Krups espresso!), the TWO terraces, and the very convenient & quiet location. We enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night with a glass of wine, after a busy day sightseeing. Thank you to Cousin Bruno for getting us set up for our 8 day stay! When we return to Paris, we will certainly look to book again with the Thenoz hosts! Briggs Family, Washington DC

Amazing high class flat in a lovely area

Everything in the house is of quality and good taste. You enjoy spending time in the house. Spacious living room and kitchen, lovely terraces to enjoy the views of Paris and even Eiffel Tower. Comfortable beds and even blinds to keep it dark if you want to sleep late. Lovely decoration and high quality furniture and even Boss speakers to connect your phone. The area is also very nice with all shops you may need close by and metro 5 min away. Perfect even for sauna lovers :)

Fantastic Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean, wonderfully furnished apartment. Great neighborhood, too, very convenient to Eiffel Tower and other Paris attractions. The outside balconies were lovely. Marie-Joelle and Charles are wonderful hosts. We are forever grateful to Marie-Joelle for her invaluable help in getting us transportation to the airport on our last day (long story). We were on time for our flight, thanks to Marie-Joelle! Above and beyond. Thank you

A Genuine Parisian Experience

This beautiful modern apartment in a non touristy neighborhood had all the conveniences we needed, plus views galore. A glass of wine in the late afternoon on the terrace, comfortable beds for sleep and couches for long chats with friends.....what more could one ask for. Stepping out into the neighborhood was a gastronomic adventure. So many choices. Our hosts were attentive and had lots of recommendations. Thank you!

Paris Girls Trip

This apartment was truly amazing and beautiful!!! Pictures don't do it justice. Pleny of space and great amenities. And also an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! They were so easy to work with and very accommodating as our flight was delayed a day and they adjusted their schedule to meet ours. A nice bakery, convenience store, fruit stand and restaurants are very close. After a long day of sight seeing it was great to come back and relax in the AC or on the balconies. It was nice to have full sized appliances also. If ever back in Paris we will stay here again. Thanks for an amazing place to stay!!!

This property was perfect for our family's trip to Paris. The location is off the busy paths of Paris which made it perfect to experience "real" Paris. There are amazing restaurants and bakeries right around the corner that made us feel like family almost from Day 1. The apartment itself was great, very clean and well suited for our family of four. The two outside spaces were so nice that we sat outside many nights, just listening to the sounds of the city. The sliding glass doors allowed for a constant breeze to roll through the apartment, but there was also A/C is the weather was overly warm. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a great Paris stay that is outside typical busy Paris, but conveniently located to everything you want to do. Thank you!

A great location to experience Paris

Located south of the Seine but central to many sights and restaurants, we used this as our hub, walking to/from many spots throughout the city. 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tour with a great view from one of the 2 balconies at the penthouse to take in the NYE sparkling LED’s from the tower. Kitchen well equipped but we did most of our dining around the city. Quick stop store adjacent to building provides the basics. The flat is in great condition - single toilet in separate room but 2 sink/shower rooms (one with sauna). We highly recommend this spot (especially for those who want to get away from the masses of people in exchange for some walks through the neighborhoods or 15-20 minute Bolt/Uber rides to the major sights). Our first time to France and hopefully not the last!

This is a beautiful apartment with an equally beautiful host. The terraces are exquisite and you won’t find this amenity anywhere else in Paris. Wonderful to sit outside and see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. We were greeted and very well taken care of by Laurence, who gave us recommendations and helped with absolutely anything we needed. A truly exceptional person. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
